We booked direct with the hotel via their website (which has good photos of the location etc.) - and was offered a really good early season rate (cheaper than the standard prices on the website.) We also arranged a direct taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel - all we needed to do was ask, via email, and they arranged this for us.
The hotel is in the grounds of a monastery (still functioning!) and the grounds are really lovely and well kept - it was really nice to be staying in a place that had some history behind it too. Although it was quite far away from the city centre there were regular trams into town and there was a stop just across the road, the trams were really cheap and you can buy the tickets from the reception at the hotel (we only figured this out near the end of out stay!!). Taxi's back to the hotel in the evenings were reasonable too.
The rooms were clean and the bathroom we had was gorgeous, a really nice large shower and a spacious bathroom. I don't think they had double beds, we requested a double room and got a twin room - but we just pushed the beds together it wasn't a problem. The room came with a safe, minibar, tv - all the usual.
The breakfast was the usual continental kind offered in most places with some hot food too (sausages and other days eggs.)
It was a lovely little place, I couldn't fault it.
