“Nice but expensive”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013

Nice building by the river, where you can find a museum of modern art. Despite beautiful surrounding and inner courtyard, the collection is a bit small and the entrance too high (240 koruna)

“A very interesting show-space”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2013 via mobile

The architecture is great, the space is very interesting inside and out. There's an open roof and the view from it gives you a nice contradictory fusion between the old city towers and palaces in the background and the modern, glass on metal, straight geometrical lines of the museum architecture.

The temporary exhibition that was on while we visited was Artnouveau painters and Klimt, the regular exhibition hals show modern / post-modern art. Not at all bad.

“Cute!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2013 via mobile

I really liked this modern art museum particularly because I went to see the Mucha Klimt Kupta exhibition! The architecture of the building itself is very interesting and there are some great photo opportunities there! Make sure to take the stairs all the way to the top to see prague from above!

“nice, some rooms closed after the flood”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

You should really visit the Kampa museum (it's about 220 kr / 11 euro) to support them to recover from the recent flood. The collection is quite good. Obviously they had to change some stuff to be able to open again after the flood. The flood destroyed all ground floor rooms so the collection was partly moved to other floors and (I guess) depot. I enjoyed this a lot more then the Dox centre (for about the same price)..
While you are there it's also nice to visit the Lenon wall and the Kampa park!

“Terrible”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2013

I'm not a huge fan of modern art but thought there's be at least something decent here. There was not. Biggest waste of our time while in Prague, would have rather flushed the money down the toilet and had that hour of my life back.
