11th August 2006
We stayed at the Ramada Airport Hotel Prague because it was near the airport. We had done our homework and discovered that it was not next to the International Airport , but a ten minute drive can hardly be called a long distance. We had hired a car in order to see more of the country so our transfer was simple.
Despite the fact that the hotel was next to an airport we heard no aircraft noise whatsoever, obviusly very good insulation!
the staff were welcoming and helpful the whole 5 days of our stay and when we discovered the threatened bomb scares and flight cancellations on 10th August we were assured that a room would be available, if required, for a few more days - fortunately we didn't need it but the offer was there!
the rooms where clean and comfortable, quite up to standard and the food very good especially the breakfasts!
All in all, we enjoyed our trip and yes, we would go back!
