Dear guest,

Thank you for sharing your experience from Mozart Dinner and we will be happy to welcome you again , for this sake we will be more than happy to offer you alternative menu, just please email us at our info email shown at our website.

We are sorry to read that you were not quite sure about the food, as we mentioned earlier, we are carefully tracking feedback from all our guests and are ready to make amendments if that would be necessary.

About the balcony where you were seated, it is indeed best seats in the house nicely decorated providing privacy, very good view on the stage and excellent acoustic.

Thank you for nice words on opera part, it is being praised by all our customers and we and our artists appreciate that VERY much.

Thank you again and look forward to host you again at Boccaccio Hall!

“The good and the not-so-good”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

The music is lovely, and the opera singers dramatize it well. It's a good introduction to opera for those among your traveling companions who may not be interested in seeing a whole opera. It's very pleasant to sit with a group of others and chat between the "sets" of opera music. So I found it an enjoyable experience.

The negatives are these: After paying for the reserved dinner and music, you will be charged for every single other thing that comes to the table from water to liquor to tea and coffee. That is not always made clear and seems a little "over the top" to me. Second, the food was o.k. but not
great.

Dear guest,
Thank you very much for your contribution. Input from our audience is very important to us. We are very pleased that you were satisfied with the musical part of the evening. It is true that drinks are not included in the ticket price and we proactively communicate and publish this fact everywhere at all possible. At our website we have this information in the menu &restaurant section/under drinks menu, also under at general information and at e-shop in the selection of tickets. It is also at all our printed publications, e-ticket and on printed tickets. Maybe it would help if you wrote to us at our info email where you bought your ticket.
Due to frequent reactions on the price of drinks (especially wine) we agreed together with our partner Grand Hotel Bohemia that the price of glass of wine as well as whole bottle will decrease starting from Sep 1st,2013
We are sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with the food. As you can read in other posts, the great majority of guests praise it. But of course it is important for us that all our guests satisfied and if there should be more similar reactions, we will consider the change in the menu composition. We would like to assure you however, that Franz Josef restaurant and its chef Michal Cermak place great emphasis on the quality of the food.
Once again, thank you for your post!
Best regards from Prague

“Quality evening”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

The evening starts at 7pm and finishes at 10pm. The food is lovely, the wait a little long, the music is first class. The quintet with very good double bassist ( difficult to find ) was excellent and the two main singers top notch. They really made the evening. The only downside was the extortionate price for wine - £30+ for a bottle of good red, but I still give this 5 stars because of the quality of the music.

Dear guest,
thank you very much for this post. We are very pleased that you were satisfied with the whole event; we passed your appreciation to all the artists and especially to the bassist. They were very pleased and send greetings to you.
Due to the numerous reactions on the price of the wine we agreed with our partner Grand Hotel Bohemia to reduce its price and it will be valid from 1st Sep, 2013. We hope that this change will now satisfy all our guests.
Thank you again for your contribution.
Best regards from Prague

“Fantastic!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

Had a wonderful evening here with my wife. The food, the ambience, the music! Highly recommended! The costumes in the baroque style were fantastic. The elegance of the food, and the orchestra was fascinating! We were mesmorised! The hall where the food was served was very classical. It was full of energy and sophistication! The Mozart Dinner is very well thought out and brings music and food to life!
