“Simple Italian food excellently cooked and seved by the owner. Try it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013 via mobile

Really enjoyed a night of good simple pizza and pasta. The owner served us without writing it down and it all arrived beautifully cooked.

“Well worth a visit... Nice food at a good price.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013 via mobile

The new owners took over only a couple of months ago. They are doing a great job.... The pizza, pasta and fish that our party had were really nice. The owner had very good English and was friendly and attentive.

There is a small number of tables upstairs and more downstairs, with a non smoking section which is really nice.

We'd certainly go again....

“Great!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013

The owner grabbed us on the street saying if we came back in the evening he' d give us a free aperitif and the children free ice cream...he was as good as his word! Excellent, well- priced pizzas and all food of a high quality. A shame about the smokers, but that is the way it is in Prague!

“Great food and service - try it out!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

We were traveling for pleasure in Prague and found this restaurant near our hotel. The food was excellent and service was some of the best we had during our trip. We had the fresh seafood special and it was delicious. The only complaint was the second hand smoke from the folks next to us.. ask the great staff for the non-smoking section!

“It was good to have fresh veg, NOT Dumplings again”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012

We went here 2 days ago as it was busy at lunchtime, which is always a good sign. The "Italien" maitre d' greeted us at the door like a long lost son, which I'm always a bit sispicious of, but we were hungry, so went in. We were not disappointed by the food. After only eating CZ food for 3 days solid, we craved fresh salad. They did us proud.( No disrespect to CZ menus, but we found food a carbo-overload)

I have only given an average score , as La P advertise "80 places divided smoking & non-smoking". We were surrounded by smokers, but that is still very common in CZ. So, not top marks there.
