Description: The brewery and restaurant U Tri ruzi in Prague is situated in the historical center on Husova street close to the famous Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Right after your entering the feeling of the unique atmosphere of an Old-Prague brewery will overcome you. The feeling is intensified by wall-paintings by artists Jiri Bernard and Pavel Jakl who drew and painted pictures about the history of brewing in the Czech lands as the rich history of the house (the brewery U Tri ruzi).

“Good beer and no smoke”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2013

We only had a drink here but it's a nice little place and the beer was very good. The food other peole had looked good and they do the usual beer food too so you can just have a bit of something. It's more expensive than some places but it's worth a visit.

“Great food and beer in a great atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

First time to this restaurant and everything was spectacular in my book. Czech beer is a bit heavy for me so they had a light beer that was perfect to my taste. The bartender allowed me to sample some before I settled on the New Zealand special beer. Had the Pork Chop and mashed potato and that was amazingly delicious. This was coupled with a so so chicken noodle soup that needed a bit of salt to my taste. I came here with some friends and the service was fast and orderly. Did a cold meat plate also and that was shared with friends. The prices were very reasonable and inexpensive for the variety and choices. Wasn't successful in sampling their pork knee but will be doing that this week hopefully. I really recommend the New Zealand beer if you are not a dark or heavy beer fan.

“Best restaurant we visited with the best beer as well”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

It's only a matter of time before this restaurant enters the trip advisors top ten in Prague. We visited twice and on both occasions the food was fantastic and the service was the best we had experienced in Prague. I had the burger on both nights as the quality of the meat and flavour was so good. My partner had the pork chop on the first visit and the duck on the second visit and she loved both meals. We also sampled the apple strudel and plum ravioli desserts both of which were great. Now comes the best bit, their beer ! They brew their beer on the premises, we both had the dark beer which had a fantastic flavour and tasted so fresh that we had no choice but to order a second one. Don't be put off if the restaurant appears to be busy as they have plenty of room upstairs.

“Great beer and food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

This is a terrific pub, very competitively priced for the city centre, which sells delicious food and lovely micro-brewed beers. The beer is a bit more expensive that you'll pay for a pint of pilsner, but still cheap by non-Czech standards. The food is great value, nice atmosphere.

“Average”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

Food was average and service was average. It was not so busy and waitress was slow. I can't imagine how fast is service when is busy. Prices are ok.
