I went for a dinner there with friends. The atmosphere is very pleasant with interesting interior design, all nicely complemented by chill-out music at just the right volume, well, most certainly not something you'd expect from a Zizkov-located restaurant (that area is dreadful).
I'd say it's a good choice for a romantic dinner, very intimate and trendy place.
The waiter was very friendly, maybe a bit too friendly trying to make us feel welcomed and happy (personally I'm annoyed when a waiter comes every ten minutes asking if you need anything else but better than not coming at all to ask).
Of course we ordered the burger, me having the ...
I had very good burgers in Prague and also I could compare with the best burger I had, done by obviously an American guy, with country/bio/real meat, american barbecue sauce, toasted buns etc..needless to say I know the recipe and I know what taste should have a good burger.
I ordered the "Black and blue burger", mostly because I like the Roquefort cheese and caramelized onion. Although the burger was nicely cooked, juicy and the cheese gave it an amazing flavor combined with the onion, the burger missed quite some important details to achieve a perfect taste: the buns weren't toasted (detail which I shared with the waiter after he politely asked if everything was OK), I missed the barbecue sauce (I think they should add the their homemade BBQ sauce which is served in other burgers), maybe some fresh tomatoes and also I didn't notice at all the "olive tapenade" (if there was it should be removed, there was no improvement anyway). Other than the meat and the cheese the burger was overall missing key ingredients to make you want having more.
Another "disappointment" were the fried potatoes. I used the quotes because although those chips were good I'd have expected to be served with freshly fried potatoes, not frozen chips made from potato flour and who knows what else.
So overall a pleasant restaurant, a bit pricey for the location and for Prague, with a better than average burger (7/10) but not perfect and certainly not the best in Prague, maybe with better dishes.
I'd recommend anyone to give it a try at least for the atmosphere.
