“Excelent Hostel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

The location cannot be any more perfect, its just around the corner from Charles Bridge. The price you pay is excelent for what you get, the beds are extremely comfortable, spotless clean, and a happy and helpfull staff. Would go back without a doubt, and i completely recommend it.

Fantastic hostel with an amazing location! Great value for money, we slept in a dorm with private bathroom, but practically ended up as having our private room inside the dorm (our 3 beds were separated with an extra door). Clean and spacious, everything well maintained (including bathrooms). Staff were very helpful when I had to call my airline to change my ticket for some reason I couldn't call from my mobile phone they allowed me to use their land line for a small fee. Would recommend it to anyone!

I booked Mango as, let's face it, the location just cannot be bettered. It is 50 metres away from the Charles Bridge and amongst, arguably, the most impressive streets in Prague. Due to this, we were probably waiting for something to let us down, it never came.

The beds were the most comfortable i've ever experienced all my years of travelling in hostels, even most hotels. The cellar downstairs was atmospheric and made for a great place to meet people or in our example, to serve as an after party venue to make as much noise as we liked without the need for restraint (it was New Year).

The only downside to our group of ten was the frustration at sharing one toilet/shower, especially with four girls. Despite this the hostel had friendly service and good communication prior to arrival. Top hostel.

Room Tip: Try not to sleep next to groups of Italians, they speak VERY loud.

This hostel is in a great location very near to Charles bridge. The hostel was clean, cosy and well maintained. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to look after our group. I will definitely come back.

This has everything you need - no frills, but not awful and bare either. We travelled as a group of 6 friends and got a room to ourselves. it was clean, a good size and with an ensuite shower and separate toilet. there was also another toilet in the public area's. Amazing location right next to the charles bridge with lot's of shops bars and restaurants really nearby but it was not at all noisy, located down a little lane. The reception area is brightly decorated, the breakfast hall (which we didn't try out) had a quirky, "dungeony" feel to it, the rooms weren't very interestingly decorated but that didn't really matter. The only downsides were the shower needed a really good scrub although everything else seemed clean and well looked after; and there were no hooks anywhere. It rained really heavy one day and we had no where to hang our wet coats and stuff. The room was also really warm even mid winter and it got quite stuffy, particularly when we were all showering. The staff were really friendly and helpful, each bed has a lockable trunk underneath and there are safe's available in the reception area. great value, great location, great place

This hostel was exactly what a traveller can look for: reasonably cheap, extremely clean and comfortable, and in perfect location (just off charles bridge). Easy to reach with the metro, and few meters from a very good restaurant (lokal). Highly recommended!
