I stayed at Hotel Leonardo for 3 nights in mid-July, 2013. I was very happy with the hotel and highly recommend. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Charles Bridge and other historical attractions as well as numerous restaurants, bars and shops. As a result of the excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was awesome (special shout out to "Frank and Frank in the morning!") and helped us throughout our stay. They made great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants and even spent a few minutes explaining the different denominations of Czech money to us.
The room was lovely with a separate sitting area that included a couch and table plus a small kitchenette area that we didn't utilize but which might be useful for longer stays or with children. We had a nice view of the courtyard and restaurant. The included breakfast is an excellent value with a nice selection of items. My only (small!) complaint is the poor pillow quality--they are as flat as pancakes and there was only one per bed.
