This hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I stayed at this hotel 2 nights last week for my honeymoon trip and Questenberk hotel is one of best hotel during our Europe trip. The hotel is very nice and super clean and has everything we need, our bedroom and restroom have lot of space comparing to other hotels we stayed in Europe. The interior make we feel like staying in the castle. The best thing of this hotel is their staff, all of them are very eager to service. They are very professional, helpful, caring and pay attention to every details. The business lounge has computer and we can print for free. Breakfast is as expect and has nice view from breakfast room, however, the choice of food is not a lot and same for 2 days. One drawback is their location which is 10 mins walk to old town but take a lot more time to walk uphill back to the hotel which we enjoy the nice view walking back but I think my grandpa can't make it back for sure. I would recommend to use their hotel shuttle to-from train station to get to the hotel because the tram in Prague is very confusing and no one speak english so it was hard to ask anyone. The hotel shuttle is very reasonable price, we got a Mercedes and great driver who can recommend things. One more thing to say is that you should exchange money at the shop next to hotel, we got 1,200 CZ for 50 Euro while in the old town give only 800 CZ for 50 Euro.
