This was out third trip to the Imperial hotel and yet again we were not disappointed. it is beautiful, immaculate and the service is brilliant. I feel most comfortable in a place where i feel the staff will easily help me.
The location is excellent, restaurant has a wonderful choice at good prices and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Nice hotel, very good bed and sound proofing, great staff, very good breakfast and excellent massage/ manual therapy! Not as posh as on the pics but still very charming interior.... Overall - very recommended!

My Wife and I visited this lovely hotel for Four nights to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner by all staff and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is well located around a ten minuite walk to the old town square with many bars and restaurants close by, the metro and tram stops are also very close. The bedroom was lovely and a good size with a bath and shower and all kept to the highest order. The breakfast was fantastic with a great choice all set in a beautiful Art Deco restaurant. The hotel sent to our room complimentary Champagne and Strawberries for our anniversary which we thought was a lovely gesture and was much appreciated.

Room Tip: Our room overlooked the main road and there was a bit of noise from the trams but this did not spoil...

We spent a couple of nights recently at this beautiful hotel. The hotel Limo collected us from the airport, straight to the door. The staff were very efficient, and friendly, and our room was very good (Deluxe Double). On our return to the hotel the next afternoon, the staff had placed a complimentary bottle of bubbly and fresh strawberries in our room for my OH's birthday. It was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. We LOVED our stay and will be going back soon! The breakfast was also very good, so much choice and lots and lots of it. Excellent stay, thank you so much for making our first (but not last) visit to Prague so memorable.

Prague, Czech Republic. The Imperial Hotel was the icing on the cake following our Danube River Gate 1 Tour starting in Budapest, Hungary. This hotel has lovely old world charm and elegance yet had WIFI in the public areas, many amenities and was very conveniently located near shopping only a short walk away from shopping areas and the famous astronomical clock. Our room was very comfortable and had genuine marble bathroom floor, and vanity with a deep soaking tub, which was especially appreciated after many days using the stall showers on the Amadeus Royale. The hotel also provided a delicious and very varied menu for breakfast, including fresh fruit, a variety of juices, coffee and teas. We had dinner in the hotel one evening and the scallops were delicious! Hotel Concierge was most helpful in arranging tickets to the local culture dinner show and transportation to the airport for the return home. We would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel when in Prague.

Room Tip: Our room had a safe, and mini fridge, but very small closet. Perhaps some of the rooms have larger...

Great location within walking distance to Old Town Square, restaurants and shops. I didn't stay there but asked for a tour so I could assess accomodations for a potential event next year. The Reception Staff were exceedingly accomodating and took time to find the Event Manager.

I was given a thorough tour...no rush, little details suggested that would might enhance my event attendee's experience. I definitely wold consider using this venue for my event.

This was so different from the reception I got at a neighboring hotel where the receptionist was "too busy" to bother to find the Event Manager and instead just gave me a phone number to call (BTW I was not interrupting any guest checking in).

My partner and i stayed at this historic hotel in Prague. It is an Art Deco gem. Though it is rather unassuming on the outside, the interior retains most of it's early 20th century charms. We especially loved the Cafe Imperial which looks like it must have back in 1914. Incredible. The food was also good.
In my reading, I've often come across mentions of this hotel in books. It's a good hotel, though i wouldn't say it's five star. We just came back from a trip to Berlin and the Adlon made this hotel seem less spectacular in hindsight.
The rooms are spacious with views of the city-scape.. not really impressive. more quaint than dramatic.
The rooms are not done in an Art Deco style.. they look fairly blandly modern. Good sized and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The one criticism I have is the hard sell i got from one of the concierges. It is within walking distance of most of the major sites in the city. There's also easy access to the City's trolleys. The best part of the hotel is that it is in Prague.. one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The city gets 5 stars. The hotel gets 4!
