We stayed in the Imperial for 3 nights in February 2013. The room was lovely! Massive bed, Great warm feeling and very welcoming!. We had a chauffeur transfer from the train station to the hotel, bit disappointed when arriving at the hotel being asked to pay, when this was covered in my hotel booking already it turned out there was some confusion and i had to inform the reception about what i actually booked, However! the reception was very apologetic and i truly believe this was a genuine oversight and they dealt with it highly professionally exactly what is expected from a hotel as this,. The breakfast was served in our room at the right time, good quality food however i would recommend if you want a nice breakfast to go down to the buffet as it was slightly cold including the coffee, none the less it tasted good! The highlight of the stay was our dinner in the Imperial Cafe, this was such a delightful meal, the quality of the food was superb, including the service. Housekeeping staff were fabulous always leaving the room spotless!

Fab hotel, only 6 or 7 mins walk from Prague old town but still very quiet setting. We were 5 flights up and I am notoriously bad for not sleeping well away from home, I had the best 3 nights sleep ever, so quiet, massive comfy bed. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was lovely. Service from staff was excellent, couldnt have been more friendly and helpful, would definately go back. Room spotlessly clean!

I travel across Europe almost every week, in each town I have favourite hotels, I prefer old grand hotels, the Imperial is perfect! I have gone to the Imperial many times over the past years and for me there is no other choice in Prague.
The staff understands the needs of a business traveller and are very friendly and helpful!

My husband booked the hotel as a surprise for my 30th birthday and he couldn't have chosen a better place. The hotel was elegant, and very well preserved. The mosaics in the dining room are stunning!!
We were upgraded to an executive room on account of the celebration and the hotel provided us with complimentary Czech fizz and strawberries on my birthday! The rooms are sumptuous, well maintained with excellent linens and bathrobes!
The location of the hotel is superb, 6-8 mins walk to Old Town Square and about 15 mins to Charles Bridge. It is in walking distance to some decent bars in the Jewish Quarter and a short walk to the train station.
