“Comfortable hotel in city centre location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013

The hotel is fairly well hidden on a backstreet and you have to ring a bell, or use your room key, to gain access. It's about a five, ten minute walk to Old Town or there's a metro station just around the corner.

The apartments are newly refurbished and are clean and modern. We stayed in a studio apartment which had a bathroom with bathtub and a small kitchenette with fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. The apartments are refreshed every day with emptying bins, restocking toiletries etc and then properly cleaned once a week. The hotel also has a gym but importantly a sauna, which was so nice after a day of sightseeing in Prague.

The staff was friendly and attentive. There's a lounge with free coffee and softdrinks throughout the day as well as complimentary use of computer and printer, which was great for doing online checkin and printing out boarding passes for our flight home.

We can totally recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time we're in Prague.

What an exiting city....really liked this hotel's location. Only about 10 minute walk to where all the action is. The only one concern I had was, it was a bit noisy outside in the middle of the night. It did keep me up, but it was only that one night. The rest of the time it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was also really good. They had a nice selection of meat, cheeses, cereal bread and so on. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here.

If you like being a bit off the main section and away from the tourist, this is a great place to stay. It is less than a 10 minute walk into Old Town. Walking to Old Town allows you a variety of restaurant options where the locals eat. We found a fantastic French Bakery near the hotel (Pauls) and ate their twice. Private parking and must use key card to get in the front door. Appreciated the safety measures, though we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. I prefer to stay away from Old Town where the food is cheaper and away from hundreds of tourists for a relaxing evening. If you do to, excellent option!

Rooms were more than spacious. Extremely large and clean with living room, bar, and kitchen. Bedroom separate from the open dining with large closets if you want to stay more than a few days. I love Marriott's because no matter where you go in the world, they are consistent, clean, with great staff.

The front desk staff (spent two nights) were fantastic and were always willing to help answer our questions. They also recommended a nearby pub (Irish Pub - and Italian (Caffe Ristorante Pizzeria, Stepanska 14, Praha 1) restaurant that I highly recommend. Staff did not steer us wrong for food.

Awesome location. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Rooms and bathrooms are wonderful - clean, spacious. Honestly, we were on day 5 of our road trip and being a little tired, we had to nudge each other to get out of the room and see the city we came to see because the room was so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I was booked into this hotel by company folks in Prague. It was very convenient to everything we needed to do and see. The rooms were nicely appointed studio apartments with a very comfortable bed. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. The kitchen was sufficient for snacks and maybe simple meals (we didn't try). The staff were very attentive and took care of my request for a cooler room temperature with grace. The breakfast was a very nice intercontinental cereal, yogurt, meats, pastries, hard boiled eggs, coffee and juice. I would definitely stay again, give the opportunity.

Really enjoyed much, I traveled with rental car so I prepared GPS coordination, so not that hard to find the location. Parking garage is accessible by key card, Even they are sharing parking garage with BNP pariba or Mckinsey, there're always parking spot available for Marriott guests next to elevators. Room is big enough and I especially liked Marriott exclusive bed(which is unlike european hotel brands).
Fitness room accessible by key card free of charge and enjoy sauna if you want.
Famous bakery brand "Paul" is a 5 minutes walking distance. Google maps coordination(50.075334,14.431259). They are open from 7AM could be answer for your breakfast. Across PAUL there's Starbucks there.

Some restaurant selection nearby.

This area is pretty quite place from early morning to late night, so good place for relaxation. Furthermore for 3minutes walk you can access to tram stops.

Seems most of guests are for business purposes, but I would say It is also a good choice for family trip.

BUt the heating system is not that working properly, felt cold during night.

Stayed for a night and the room is enormously big. Not very impressive from outside but you get a big bedroom, shower room, living room and kitchen. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Location is very convenient. Not far walking from main station and also to all the tourist spots.

Would like to complement the lady receptionist and housekeeping who have been so honest by returning our iPad which we forgot to carry with us when we checked out. The lady receptionist has been particularly helpful during our stay there. Pointing out places of interest and allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel after we checked out. Attended to all our needs whenever we requested. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
