“Happy anniversary to both couples”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago via mobile

Super location ,
Our room was warm , but smelt of smoke , we were travelling with close friends and did not want to create a drama , as were room 102 /103
The clothes we didn't wear smelt of smoke !
That aside we were comfortable , asked for extra pillows they arrived in minutes , rooms are dark thru lighting but adequate for a short visit.
Breakfast was good with a great mix of fruit and hot eggs and bacon plus a toaster , if you like toast .
The hotel is warm , and the only downside was no bar in the evening , when you need a coffee and brandy ,
Did not use the hot tub. Though many did
If your looking for something easy and cosy and with a great location , yes this is
Will we return or recommend YES

Overall would give this very high marks, with a few negatives. On quiet street near major sites-- easy walk to Charles Bridge. Tastefully decorated rooms with antique furnishings, coffered ceilings, opulent draperies, and stained glass windows. Very beautiful and clean. Excellent breakfast. Staff helpful (front desk & housekeeping), but inconsistent in professionalism (negative in dining dept.) Housekeeping service excellent. Negatives: poor wi-fi, dim lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms, even over mirror. We booked several rooms, so I was able to compare. 16th-century cellar bar that is highlighted in some promotional materials no longer exists. That was disappointing. Would go again.

Room Tip: If you have animal allergies, be sure to inquire about pet-free room availability. When we were ther...

I stayed 4 nights in the hotel in the Luxurious Room which is the top room category for the specific hotel Room 205. Amazing Room, baroque deco like, superb view of St. Vitus, excellent location near to Charles Bridge.

Stuff very professional i bombarded them with questions they answered everything like places to go and how to get there. Room Service High, my room everytime i came back was in perfect clean condition and smell wonderful.

2 problems only: WiFi reception is not good i rarely had connection, but was being told they plan to extend WiFi end of the month its already scheduled.

The a/c in my room didnt work which i dont really care to be honest i only used it last night but i immediately report the problem and the girl in the reception wrote it down.

Will i stay in the hotel again definitely.. and im gonna ask for the same room

Spent 3 nights at this Hotel in Prague. We had a wonderful room with nice beds, small refrigerator, large bathroom and a fireplace (Didn't use since we were there in Jul) When we opened our window we had a view of the Prague Castle. Beautiful both day and night. Breakfast had many items to choose from including a wonderful selection of fresh fruit and breads. The front desk employees were very helpful and always willing to make suggestions and help in any way they could. Hotel within walking distance to Charles Bridge, subway and bus lines, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. Not too far from the Prague airport. Maybe a 20 minute cab ride. I was here with a girlfriend, but this hotel would be great for a special occasion.

We booked this hotel as a nice treat to celebrate our wedding anniversary, what a treat!
It's located in a wonderful location, close to the bridge, the city and wonderful restaurants, the Kafka Museum and a secret lovely garden full of fruit trees, flowers and peacocks. *Make sure to visit it! half a block on the left hand side, across from the hotel, towards to the back of the hotel, not the front.
Superb breakfast with tons of pastries, yogurt, breads, ham, cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit, selection of coffees and teas. Orange and apple juice. The room is rather small but with wonderful wooden furniture and a fireplace. Double window panels that prevent any street noise from entering your time to relax. Free WI FI (good and strong). Friendly czeck staff and very clean and tidy facilities. Yes, you may encounter cheaper options, but I don't regret paying a little bit more for such a lovely room.

Room Tip: We requested the Deluxe room. It was worth it.
