I've been to many hotels, but this is the hotel, where I am always willkng to stay.
Good food, nice staff, comfortable and clean rooms! This is what I need.
This is really close to the underground, so you can reach the city center in 10 minutes.
The season times are really busy there, book in advance!

My partner and I had a romantic trip to Prague at the end of April for four nights. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Although not in the centre of prague the metro station is adjacent to the hotel and runs a very efficient, cheap and quick transport system. You are only two stops away, approx 2 minutes from the centre of Prague.
Hotel was very comfortable and of a high standard. If I had but one complaint it would be the rooms were slightly dated but all in all very clean and we had a great stay.
The spa and swimming area was very good and we had treatments in the spa that wes a great experience and slightly cheaper than UK prices.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Staff was friendly, room is clean and in good quality. The hotel is very easy to approach, if you are coming by car from Brno direction, since the road next to it leads to D1 highway.

Price compared to value is high: priced as 5 star, but quality is a good 4 star. You even have to pay extra for using the pool.

Room Tip: One side has nice view to the castle district

The hotel is in a convenient location...it's literally steps from the closest train station. It offers a ton of amenities. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was very elaborate and delicious.

The AC did not work very well...it was still uncomfortably warm in our room with it turned down all the way.

The casino is closed for good. According to the staff, it was too slow to keep it open.

nice hotel situated in the business aera of the city, in front of the Kongrezcentrum, a little bit out of the center... but no problem as there is a metrostop (Vysehrad, line C) right in front of the hotel!
modern, well equiped rooms and very helpfull staff at the customer's counter!

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I was there for a conference and I can say that the service was really high level. Room was really neat and breakfast to my taste, and even though it was really busy in the morning I could still get nice service. I also tried the spa and swimming pool that offer a beautiful view on the city. A tip for future travelers, you can enter the spa/pool for free between 12h and 13h, which is a really good time to enjoy it because it is rather empty. The hotel is located only two stops from the city center, the metro station very easily accessible (less than 2mn) and it is close to the beautiful Vysehrad that is nice to walk in the evening. It is also possible to walk from the center, about 30 to 45mn depending on how fast you walk. If the weather is good I would advice walking back along the Vltava where there was some outdoor concerts and bars.

As previous reviewers have mentioned, this is not a 5* star but a 4* star, however the hotel and facilities was excellent.

We were offered an upgrade upon checking in and when informed what this would entail, we gladly accepted it!!
Better room, access to executive lounge for free drinks and canapés between 6pm-8pm, access to spa and swimming pool and also breakfast was served in the lounge which was quieter then main breakfast hall!!

I had a pedicure in the spa which was good and well done and relatively cheap for a large hotel chain.

The room was large with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The bathroom was lovely with an excellent shower and bed was great.

The hotel is situated close to the metro station and you in are in the centre of Prague in about 10mins and rail travel was cheap alternative to a taxi.

The staff were exceptional and bent over backwards to help, especially when we bombarded the concierge with questions and restaurant recommendations, tables and taxis were booked for us and the knowledge of restaurants was impressive.

Would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely return on our next visit to Prague.
