“Breathtaking in all ways”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2013

Fantastic hotel located only 2 steps away from the metro station which in 5 minutes takes you to the city centre. Staff was wery friendly and warm. Hotels facilities meet the 5-star standard of cleanliness and comfort. Prices of beveragesand, food and parking are a bit expensive. Rooms are modern and comfortable with all the amenities you would need. Breakfast has a wide array of choices. Indoor pool located on 25th floor is a dream come true with its excellent view of Prague. Overall i would highly recommend it!

I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights as part of a work trip so the booking was made for us. The hotel is right across from the metro station and is a short ride into town. The hotel itself is a bit stale - there's not a lot of character that you get in the Old Town options. The rooms are a decent size & have great views. The hotel has everything you expect from a large, conference style facility. I would stay for work again but not for leisure. (I checked out my last 2 nights and stayed the weekend in the Old Town at the Design Jewel Hotel which was a nice cozy change)

While I didn't spend anytime at the pool, we did pop into the casino on 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and fun - maybe because we were always the only 2 people there gambling. I don't think people realized there was a casino on the 2nd floor.

The food was fine and the late night room service was appreciated.

A nice hotel with spa and all all what you can wish for. Very good to acces by car (expensive parking, 2000 krona/3 days). What is really good is that the Red line station (subway, 24 krona) is just 30 meters in front of the hotel. Go 2 stations to Muzeum, and walk down to the old city.

Room Tip: 1805, high up with an excellent view. Quiet.

This hotel is located on Vyshegrad, 3-minute walk from Subway, with complimentary parking and near some of the major Prague's roads. It is not that new or refurbished inside, but the rooms are big (Business wing) and (that's a plus) they are not square, which is quite refreshing after dozens of standard rooms. And you get the panoramic view of the Old Town from your window (even from 7th floor)!

The service is extremely quick and the quality is good (I used restaurants, laundry, roomservice and hairdressing salon). And the breakfast is fantastic. Also, nice touch for long-staying guests - they move breakfast sometimes from restaurant to restaurant, so you are not getting bored with the same interiors.

I liked also the pool on the top floor, and the sauna.

So, although this is not the Old Town, I would recommend it as the leisure Hotel, and it fits for Business trips also (the big desk and complimentary WiFi, e.g.)

The hotel is extremely dated for this calibre of brand.. Can't say service was up to scratch either. We booked one type of room but they gave us something else..when we we back right away to say no they told us its the only thing... So after several debate.. Suddenly it available.. Rooms are very very outside

The hotel was fantastic, faultless, we enjoyed it to the full: luxury bathroom, fantastic bed and the room as a whole. The breakfast was royal. The consierge was very-very helpful. It is 2 steps away from the metro station which in 5 minutes takes you to the city centre. We highly recommend it in every way.

2 minutes walk from the congress center. 10 minutes to downtown by subway. comfortable rooms. reception is very friendly and the transfer taxi service to the airport is well organised and effective. The swimming pool offers a beautiful view on Praha (it is smaller than it looks on the picture, but they do give its size on their internet site). The Spa needs some attention. Restaurant is deceiving, the quality/price is very poor. Special thanks to the night room service for their effectiveness and rapidity.
