“Enjoyable stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and while it was an enjoyable stay and the hotel had the faciiities of a 5 star hotel, eg. robes, mini-bar etc, the bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit 'tired' looking and could do with a refurb. In saying that, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. The view from the bedroom (16th floor) was spectacular. My friend used the pool, however it is the first hotel we've stayed in a hotel where you had to pay extra to use a swimming pool! Breakfast was very good (the porridge was delicious!) and there was a good variety. We ate in the restaurant one night however found it expensive in comparison to other restaurants we dined in in Prague. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was good - 2 stops on Metro and less than 5 minutes and you're in the Centre of Prague. Hotel seems very popular for conferences and business people however, for the amount of time we spent there during the weekend, we found it more than adequate for our needs.

Room Tip: Fab views from top floors of hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights only at this hotel and had an ok experience. As mentioned in almost all other reviews, the subway station being just outside the Hotel front door makes everything easier. Location is a plus. Room was clean, but not very spacious. We were in a party of 3, and were provided 1 king bed and 1 single bed. That was Ok, but not ideal. The major downside was the broken Air Conditioner, which made the room almost unbearable on a hot September night...

Stayed there for two days, hotel 5 star, staff professional, breakfast was good, only poor choice of bread. good location, metro station is 100 meters away. big soft bed.
visited also spa on top floor, nice view and sauna, but pool did not seemed trust worthy.
negative- price for wifi astonishing 5 euro per 30 min. I know there are packages with included wifi, but such price makes you smile. On metro station was good thai restaurant, for 5 euro you get 3 beers and free wifi.

Room Tip: get high (floor) for a view

We had booked an executive suite which overlooked the city of Prague. The room was very well done up and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. Location wise also it is good as the metro station is just outside the hotel. Incase you are doing a hop in hop of tour the bus stops at the hotel so it is very convenient.

Recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant stay. It's located directly across from the subway, which is only 2 or 3 stops away from the beautiful city of Prague. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast has plenty to choose from with lovely views. The swimming pool is small but is located on 25th floor with great views. Our rate included a 30min massage and use of the pool. There is normally a fee of around €15 per person to use leisure facilities, which personally I don't feel is worth it. Also the car parking is €25 per day. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Higher floors have a better view

I spent two days in the hotel and must say the service was very good - the food also very good and I slept like a rock. There are two things that weren't perfect - one was the price I thought it was a tick pricey and secondly long waits at check-in and check-out. Not sure why, it doesn't really matter but that was definitely a point that needs attention.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip n September 2012. It is not centrally located and there is not much to do close by. There is however a subway station within 1-2 minutes walk which takes you right to the centre of Prague.

Check in was smooth and efficient. The hotel is very much a business hotel and there were lots of conferences going on. It is not geared towards families with younger children.

I stayed in an executive room on the 23rd floor with access to a separate breakfast area on the 22nd floor and refreshments thought the day. The choices at breakfast were adequate. I did not use the main breakfast area which may have had more variety. The executive rooms give you free WiFi access and this seemed to be pretty fast judging by the upload speeds!!

The room was just about average. The bathtub is cramped. It also drained very slowly and you could be in standing water when taking a shower.

The views from certain parts of the hotel overlooking Prague are very good.
