Very bright, modern feeling that we liked as a contrast to the "old Prague" just outside the door. We were in the "Orange" section of the hotel--room 211. That section is well back from the street and therefore was extremely quiet. The room overlooked the courtyard. Comfortable bed; neat, clean, "fresh-looking" room.
I read some negative comments about the hotel being on a back street, or questionable neighborhood. It is less than 1/2 a block from two major streets that lead directly to the old square or opera house area (shopping malls, restaurants, busy, busy). In my opinion the location of the hotel is almost ideal, but it is on a small street.
We found everyone on staff speaking excellent English. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Due to a very early morning flight home we used the hotel's car service. It was no more than a regular taxi and was very reliable and comfortable. The car can be charged to your room. Another advantage.
