sadly I found the staff on reception unfriendly and unhelpful. supposedly there was free wifi throughout the hotel - I couldn't find it! I had a problem with the telephone and no-one could assist me. their English is excellent so language could not be the problem. the bar staff were more accommodating and the breakfast was good but the room was basic and my window faced a large crane at the building opposite which was derelict - no mention of that in the brochure blurb. I won't be back to prague.

Room Tip: change towels daily and don't put out towels that have holes in them. mould round the shower tr...

Excellent location for the old town and large modern shopping precincts just around the corner. Old town square within a few minutes walk. Good size, comfortable rooms. Hotel kept clean and towels changed daily. Good and plentiful selection at breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel situated down a quiet street so no traffic noise or rowdy bars to disturb sleep.
Only negatives being lack of Air-conditioning in room (was very warm when we arrived) and no tea/coffee making facilities (normal for Prague).

Booked this hotel having read good reviews on Tripadvisor, and we weren't disappointed. Our room was very clean, spacious with lovely bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and a great start to the day. Staff all very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend. We chose due to the location as is close to the areas we wanted to visit.

Our family needed to arrive one day earlier than our original plan and at last minute looked for a hotel to stay one night near the Municipal Hall. We found this hotel that the rate is only one third of our origianl hotel and within 5 min. walk. The lobby is small and we were put on the 6/F (top). However when we opened the door, we found that the room is very cosy, clean with comfortable bed. Besides, the free breakfast included in the room rate was the best we had among the three hotels we stayed in Czech. We highly recommended this hotel to other travellers if they haven't made up their mind where to stay. It's just behind the shopping mall Kotva (black building) opposite to Palladium. Metro and tram stations are within 3 min. walk.

This hotel is very close to the old town square on a very quiet street yet close to the metro as well. Everything is within very easy walking distance. Incredibly quiet rooms, with any amazing buffet breakfast included. Two issues though, Internet was not available in our room, only in the lobby but there was plenty of chairs to lounge there to get on the net. And no dedicated non smoking rooms. When we entered our first room, the smell of smoke was horrific. We asked to change rooms and where given a better one. Overall, I highly recommend this location for Prague

This hotel just off the track of the main square in Old Town Prague. Would recommend it for able bodied people as you do walk a lot in this city. Staff very friendly. The Receptionist Paula, thank you for making our stay less confusing. She was a great source of information. The other staff too were pleasant and welcoming. Clean rooms, functional and basic, only missing thing is a fridge. Quiet area near all amenities such a restaurants, bars, theatre. metro and a supermarket about 250 metres away. This is not a 4* hotel but the staff definitely are. We were advised not to use taxis as they can be expensive and no need to as metro very reasonable and reliable as are the trams. Shuttle bus from the airport to Marriott Hotel in the city and you can return to airport same way very reasonable.

Room Tip: It can be noisy for a short while on Rybna Street around 10pm - early morning but not excessive. Th...

I am very satisfied with our stay for a week. The staff is very helpful and very kind. The location is in the centre of Prague 1 and it's only walking distance to the Charles bridge and astronomical clock. The breakfast was very nice and fresh! I highly recommend this hotel and it's worth the cost! I will definitely book this hotel next time I'm going.
