Other reviews on this hotel failed to do it justice. The staff were without doubt the most courteous and helpful we have found anywhere on our travels. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and eating breakfast on the terrace on beautiful sunny mornings was delightful. We just could not find a fault with this hotel. Quite superb!!!

Great hotel experience. This hotel has figured out that service really sells, and they did not disappoint. Prague in general had very spotty service, but again, this hotel's service was right up with the best I have experienced anywhere in the world.

The fact that the hotel was a little out of the way was actually an incredible plus-- it was much quieter (windows even had double storm windows to make sure no street noise) and also the neighborhood had more restarants that were very quaint and not as overrun with tourists.

I can't find much at all to fault this hotel on. Probably not a good hotel for small children (bathrooms are marble, slick, and had alot of glass) but otherwise really a perfect place for anyone else.

Le Palais is a GREAT hotel! Great staff, service, breakfast and rooms made it the best of our 7 city European trip.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Le Palais. This small hotel is simply charming and the personal service you receive there is really excellent. We opted to be picked up from the airport by a hotel driver--a definate plus--he was excellent, told us all about the city and even let us watch some of the World Cup soccer games on the TV in the car! The service is really excellent, everyone knows your name and is happy to help with anything you might need. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was really nice, the food was good and its very cozy. We will definately return to this hotel again and recommend it to our friends, its a very special place and clearly the staff take a lot of pride in their work there.
