Description: Many centuries Caucasian hospitality was praised, and therefore mentioned in historical treatises. So it remains to this day. We invite you to visit the elegant and modern restaurant with an expressive interior. The stylish design is made in antique white and black colors to create a cozy atmosphere to relax at any time. Minimalism in interior design that blends with antique utensils. Tbilisi - it's not just a good restaurant, it is a piece of Georgia, which is located in the historical center of Prague. Our menu offers you a variety of dishes of Caucasian cuisine, made with skill and love by our talented chefs. The restaurant serves bread only its own production. We use only fresh meat, so the dishes cooked over charcoal, always turn out juicy and incredibly tasty. Juicy khinkali , lush hachapuri, fragrant soup kharcho ... These and other dishes await you in our restaurant. During the day, you will relax with unobtrusive Georgian music and fascinating landscapes of modern Georgia.

“Tasty grilled dishes and nice Georgian wine at restaurant in Little Quarter”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2012

We enjoyed two different grilled meat dishes that were presented in shallow clay platters - very hot! The Georgian salads (sort of like a Greek salad but with more powdery spices) were a nice accompaniment. Enjoyed Georgian red wine. The baked apple dessert wasn't worth trying. They have a non-smoking room in the back.

“Very nice restaurant in the Prague city center”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2012 via mobile

This restaurant is situated in the centre of Prague - Mala Strana district in walking distance from Charles Bridge or Prague castle, but despite location it´s really quite place, ideal for nice romantic dinner.
I must say that I really enjoyed my dinner for several reasons:
* excelent food (I would especialy recommend as a starter Baked Gouda cheese with cream and walnuts)
* nice atmosphere
* very helpful staff
* reasonable prices (maybe even below the average of the location)

Overall impression from this place is excellent, nevertheless I can´t recommend deserts as waiting time is very long and they vere not same quality as the rest of the meals and last thing which was little bit annoying was music television loudly playing in the room.

I would recommend Tbilisi restaurant to all looking for something new as Georgian cusine is not very common, but it is delicious.

“Delicious, off the grid, delightful Georgian surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2012

None of our concierges' knew of this restaurant (although to be fair it's only been open 6 months), which will hopefully change - this is too good to keep a secret! We had dinner at 5 restaurants while in Prague - this was the tastiest and best value. We were completely enchanted with the wait staff and manager (it's family run and the warmth evident) the live music, and the food. Although we are all foodies and travel internationally, none of our group of 5 had any experience with Georgian cuisine, so were somewhat wary. We didn't need to be, the food, from the first appetizer (get the baked cheese, and frankly anything they recommend) to dessert was unique, excellently seasoned and delicious. Even the salad was interesting and so tasty. We couldn't resist sampling the Georgian wine and weren't disappointed. A gentleman, with an outstanding voice, was playing the piano/synthesizer. His selections had us dancing, singing, and clapping along with him. What's curious, is the volume was such that you could still talk. It's not fancy or pretentious (aka paper napkins - which were necessary with the dumplings - messy, but crazy good), so casual dress is fine. For us, it was truly a night to remember and thoroughly enjoyable. You won't be disappointed.

“Outstanding flavors, wonderful ambiance, unique experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2012

A wonderful yet undiscovered gem in Prague. Subtly spiced but great flavors, fresh ingredients with a diversity of flavors at a great price in central, historic Prague. Outstanding Georgian red wines. A definite worthwhile repeat.

“Excellent Georgian cuisine in Prague”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2011

This brought us back to our visit to Tbilisi in the early 90s. The Georgian salad with walnuts in the dressing was delicious, likewise the sweet red peppers stuffed with walnuts. Enjoyed the russian salad. Katchapuri (cheese pie) was very good as well.
