I booked all the apartments on the top floor of this nicely converted late nineteenth century building. It is located just to the south of the centre of prague that is easily accessible by the first rate public transport. The advantages to staying here and not in the centre are many, including the quiet street and sense that you are seeing the real old Prague and not the tourist circus that exists in the centre. There are supermarkets and lovely simple restaurants nearby that are affordable and it was aleasure to be there. The apartments themselves are clean and newly renovated, with flexible space and nice white duvets and towels with shampoo and soap supplied. The kitchen has a hob and microwave and a toast making device that allows you to have a warm breakfast of ham and cheese toasties that is delivered with coffee to the door each morning. The reception was open from nine am in the same building and the caretaker was very keen to make us feel welcome and to supply what we asked for. If there was a small criticism I would suggest that they provide a coffee making device in the kitchen. My party of staff and post graduate students enjoyed the apartments and Prague very much.
