“So many beers so little time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013

This bar (not museum) has a large number and variety of beers on tap, with descriptions in a 'beer menu'. Small 0.15 l 'tasters' are available. Great if you want to drink some 'hard to find' and unusual beer. Prices were a little above the local average, but not outrageous for a specialist bar, and still cheap by UK standards.

“Great Beer and Food Surprisingly Good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2013

This place is really about the beer with some 30 different beers on tap. This is a great advantage relative to most restaurants, etc. that are tied to a single supplier (like Pilsner Urquell).

Since I had my family in tow, I e-mailed ahead of time to make sure that kids were allowed and food was served (yes to both). The food is catered from next door and is "bar food" (wings, nuggets, burgers, salads, etc. and was surprisingly good.

The beer was fantastic. I really enjoyed being able to sample so many different varieties with the taster size.

The only downside would be the smoke. We reeked for days.

Crowded when we arrived -- glad we booked ahead.

“Such good Beer!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

This place has to be my favourite pub in Prague, a huge list of different beers available, from Ales, Red's to Pepper & Cherry, all of which are accompanied by a one page description of what to expect and the history of the brewer.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful when choosing beer, making recommendations based on likes / dislikes.

Atmosphere is great, just be prepared for the smoke, which I don't like, but this place is totally worth it if your a beer lover!

“Just perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2013 via mobile

Probably our favourite pub in Prague. Doesn't look great from the outside that's true, but we followed tripadvisor's reviews and came in. The staff are great, the beer tasting is amazing and definitely well worth it (but be careful, they are stronger than our good ales and other British beers!), the atmosphere and food are great and everything is quite cheap too. They sell their own merchandising which makes a nice and quite unique souvenir. I definitely recommend this place!
