After traipsing through Central Europe for a few weeks, we really craved some food on the lighter side. At Cafe Colore, the menu is diverse enough to find something for everyone - a little Czech, a little American, a little Italian/International. We each had the chicken Caesar salad and it was excellent. Fresh tender chicken, not the frozen dry stuff like in so many U.S. restaurants and the dressing was light and flavorful. The bartender and servers were all lovely - attentive, smiling and jovial - they showed some personality vs the somewhat surly or abrupt (albeit efficient) service we've seen throughout our trip. The atmosphere is casual enough to feel comfortable and stylish enough for it to still feel like an experience and they have ample tables in the non-smoking section which is at the front and has a lot of windows. We had spirits, wine, the salads and it was economical. We wish we'd discovered it sooner as we would've gone back for sure.
