The restaurant was just two minutes from our hotel (hotel 16). We took a chance as we had not booked, but we were hungry so went a little early, arriving at 7.30pm there was a table free but the restuarant was surprisingly busy. We were seated quickly by friendly waiting staff who spoke very good english and made to feel very welcome. The executive chef Steve came out to chat to us, he recommended dishes to complement our mains and which wine would be best.
The food was presented beautifully. The chicken was wonderful and melted in your mouth, the roasted vegtables were lovely and the wine went down very well with the mains. For dessert we had the homemade pistachio cheesecake, oh goodness what a delight best ever eaten.
We were not made to feel in any hurry and had a very pleasant evening. It was the dearest meal we had in Prague, but was worth every penny. So keep up the good work Steve, if ever come back to Prague I will be there and can not recommend it high enough.
