The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The service was top notch. They were attentive yet not overly so. My wine glass was never empty, every time I was almost empty; our waiter came over and filled the glass. The food was unbelievable. I had the duck, my wife had chicken. We started with goat cheese bruschetta, and could not turn down coffee and desert. We were in Prague for a week and ate at a lot of different places; this was by far my favorite. The food was out of this world and the service was better than the food. At no other place did we get the courteous and friendly service that we did here. I wanted to ask the waiter and waitress to come have a drink at our table with us. I give at an enthusiastic A+

We ate at Artisan Restaurant after reading positive reviews on TA. We were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and a notch above your standard restaurant fare. It is beautifully presented, too! We dined on the patio area, near the garden, and it was delightful. The staff was very attentive and courteous to us. We had a marvelous meal for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Artisan to visitors and residents of Prague!

We were recommended to the restaurant by the receptionist at the hotel. In small back street about 20 minute walk from centre of town but well worth a trip. European style menu; quiet and modern decor. Mid priced, about £35 for 2 people (3 courses including drinks). The resturant was not that busy, but not surprising as there are so many establishments in the city. Very friendly staff.

I know, its a huge title, but its true! We arrived shortly after 10 to be told that they could still serve us food. We were the only people still in there! This sort of fantastic service carried on right through the meal (even though we felt a little naughty for being there, when they obviously would have normally closed).

We felt totally welcomed, and were doted on.

The decor was beautiful, and for a nice change, the lighting was just right.

But what is a restaurant without good food? The food was magnificent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service.

I think we'll go again tomorrow...
