Perfect little hostel, having transferred from a larger out of city hostel, this place was a haven for a safe and respectful atmosphere. Really comfy beds and lovely duvets, Joy of walking all day and able to have a hot bath in nice bathroom was a hostel luxury! Great location right opposite St Nicholas Church which was impressive, and lots of great cafe near by to grab a bite to eat for breakfast so wasn't a problem that we couldnt purchase from hostel. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Little Town Budget Hotel (LTBH) located in Mala Strana (Lesser Town) For four days around New Years. I was traveling with my family. I love Prague, I usually stay with friends, but this time I was traveling with my two older sons (19 and 21 years of age), so I needed to find a hotel that would accommodate us all. I prefer staying in Mala Strana because it is much quieter. The LTBH is located right next to St. Nicholas Church. We stayed in room #304. It was on two levels with bathroom on second floor. There were six twin beds, two on the first level. There was a small kitchenette also on the first level. The price was very reasonable and it was comfortable. Our only minor complaint would be that the shower hose holder was loose from the wall and the light bulbs needed to be replaced upstairs, especially in the stairway leading to second level. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see Reception open 24 hours.

You are only about 4 blocks away from the Charles Bridge. For breakfast, we would walk down to the Bio-Market only 3 blocks away walking in the direction of the Charles Bridge. We would buy fruit, yogurt, ham, bread, and pastry. I would get a cup of coffee or hot cocoa at McDonalds on next block. You could also get the local pastry Trdelnik at the Tram stop one block down and across the street for 50 krowns which is about $2.50 US. It's was delicious. For those that need their Starbucks, there is one right by the Tram stop as well.

Prague is a great walking city. We love the trams better than their Metro. This hotel is located where it can be easily reached by the trams if you get tired after walking around all day. For first time travelers to Prague, the hotel does give excellent directions on their website.

I would definitely stay here again. They only concern would be that it would probably be very hot in the summer staying upstairs. I did not see an air conditioner only a small fan. There are no safes in the rooms. We took our iPad and Kindle with us because of another's comment on Trip Advisor that stated their device was stolen from their room. We did not experience any of that.

The titel of the hotel is misleading, in fact it is a hostel for budget travellers, and when we went to Prague, it was still called "Hostel". The location on the west-side of the Vltava might seem inconvenient - but it isn´t. You are still in the heart of the city, and get the chance to see the river banks of the west-side as well - which are really beatiful. Public transport is also not far and Prague can be "sight-seen" just as a pedestrian anyway. We booked a 10-bed dorm, where we stayed for one night only. The rooms are quite big and fully equipped as an holiday apartment (which we didn´t make use of). Bathroom was HUGE and everything was clean. We just wanted a warm, dry and cheap place to stay - and that´s exactly what we got and more.

We choose this hotel by checking online for our 2 days stay. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that our room has been given to some group who had extra members. This annoyed us a lot. The hotel however had arranged for another hotel which was their sister concern. We however were not happy to hear this as we choose this hotel after lots of research and the location of little town suited us. Also hotel offered to us was a Hostel/dormitory...

After we should our displeasure of staying in a dorm which we thought will not be safe, the hotel gave us an option of coming back next day to this hotel(we did lose half a day because of all this)

Hostel rosemary was in Old town area so they advised us to see that area on day 1(Wenceslas Square, museum, national museum and walking distance to astronomical clock) and on day 2 we could explore lesser town...

This idea worked wonders for us...(accept for hostel's poor infrastructure) we were offered free buffet breakfast to make up for our discomfort...
Hostel rosemary is walking distance from Mustek B and Museum. One can actually walk up to Charles bridge from enjoy Prague to the best. So we explored that part of Prague on day 1.
We returned to little town hotel next day.

Hotel little town square is the best low budget hotel I have ever stayed at....beautiful, cosy, comfortable and well equipped and also well located...

From there one can walk to Prague castle in just 2 mins and to Charles bridge in just 4 mins...
Ideal location for exploring Prague at best cost....there are many restaurants around this hotel so that u can explore local cuisine....
If one has less time to explore Prague then don't go anywhere else...they have Hugh apartments as well, so good for staying with group as well.

It can be easily accessed by tram as its 250-300m from Mala Starna Namesti tram station...
if coming from Florence: take metro upto Muzeum, from Muzeum take green line up to Malastarnska...from there come out of station to take tram number 22...

Because of charm of Prague and because of location of this hotel our anger against hotel' greed went away...in fact realizing our frustration, hotel staff ensured to provide us with proper support...
I would say to enjoy Prague don't stay anywhere else....n u will love Prague more :)

Room Tip: Take a apartment with big group...it will be value for money

Wonderful hostel located 2 minutes walk from Charles bridge and 5 from the castle.
It's location is perfect! The room was huge as was the bathroom and adjoining kitchen.
This hostel has hands down the best direction information in how to get there! It was so easy (so lon as you have faith in public transport)
The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to.
Would highly recommend a stay at this hostel.

This is a hostel not a hotel. Take your own shower soap and shampoo if you stay here. The rooms have old-fashioned keys which may be easy to copy. We had an iPad stolen from our suitcase in our locked room. Prague police said this kind of theft is common in hostels, but this is the first time they have received a report from this establishment. Our mattresses were thin and lumpy.
