“Seriously good, couldn't stop talking about it”

Can't recommend this place enough.

A really good apartment, slap bang in the centre of the most amazingly scenic area of Prague. We stayed in the 8 bed apartment and it is MASSIVE, is clean, has two toilets (always a bonus with number of people), a good kitchen and an area to sit and drink. Seeing as food and beer from the supermarkets (about a 5 min walk) is so cheap (£3 for 5 litres) we stocked up on sausages and bacon and saved ourselves a packet as we got ready for nights out in the apartment.
The area around the apartment is so picturesque but there are still quite a few good bars (the Australian bar, fat boys was especially awesome) and restaurants to go to. The main square is right next door and most things in the city are within a 10-15 min walk.
To summarise, stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Oh, and P.S., the owner, Kresimir, is an absolute legend, gave us top advice and really helped our weekend go without a single hitch. Thanks Kresimir!

My husband and 2 teenage children stayed in apartment Tynska 7 apartment 2, for 3 nights. The open plan living room had 4 double beds situated in a beautiful tall ceilinged property. Kresimir was an excellent host and went of his way to make us very welcome. He even took time to give us a quick walk around the City and show us where to buy groceries and best places to visit and eat.

The apartment was well stocked with the utensils needed to cook a simple meal including a few basics that were left over from previous visitors like tea, sugar, salt and shower gel.

There was a lot to see in and do Prague and the apartment’s excellent location meant you could nip out for a few hours of sightseeing and shopping then pop back to the apartment for a quick drink and freshen up before heading out again to the theatre or bars.

The only downside was on our first night, we seemed to have every man and his dog partying outside until 4 am but I think that was a one-off and it didn’t cause us a problem on the second or third night.

We highly recommend a visit to Tynska 7. Quick reasonable flights from the UK, inexpensive comfortable accommodation with use of a wifi laptop and an abundance of culture, history and food to try!

My family and I stayed in Apartment 3. It is huge and will sleep 8 comfortably. The location of the apartment is unbeatable and the outstanding service from Kresimir was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The guy is very sincere. For example, when we told him we would have to check out early as our son was sick, he came down to give us back money for the night we would not be staying.

The apartment was warm, well equipped, secure and quiet. The rate is great value for money.

One word of warning though: Parking in the old town is a real pain. You've basically got three choices. Take the chance and leave it in a blue spot (residential) close by. Chances are you won't get caught but if you do they will either tow it away or clamp it. As we arrived in the old town we watched someone's car getting lifted onto the back of a police truck, so we decided not to chance it. Option 2 is to dump your stuff in the apartment and drive outside the old town to a park and ride metro stop, and leave the car there. The final option is to leave it in secure underground parking next to the town hall in the old town. We took this option so we could relax and enjoy the holiday , but beware that it'll cost you about EURO 25 a day.

This is the place to stay if you want to be close to the magic. Our apartment was huge (apartment 2, from memory?) and was situated literally a stone's throw away from the Old Town Square.

Before we even set foot in Prague, Kresimir went out of his way to make our stay easy and comfortable by arranging for us to be collected (for a fee of course - but it was definitely worth it!) from the train station. Upon arriving at the apartment we were pleasantly surprised. It's very secure (I finally mastered the 4 different locks by the time we left!) and safe. Having a little kitchen was wonderful and meant we could cook if we wanted to - but there are many places to eat around the area if culinary arts are not your specialty!

Kresimir supplied us with maps and advice which was invaluable. On our last day in Prague, he certainly went above and beyond for us, arranging for storage of our bags before our evening flight and a car to take us to the airport. The use of a laptop with free WIFI was very handy for us and much appreciated.

The apartment is right near a jazz club and other establishments and it's couple of minutes walk from the Astronomical Clock (amazing!) so it is not the quietest place to rest your head - but it didn't bother us in the slightest. Christmas time in Prague is spectacular - the festivities are great. Market stalls, Christmas tree with lights, delicious food.

This is the perfect place from which to set about Prague on foot (walking is the only way to see everything - if you don't walk, you'll miss tiny alleyways with fantastic little shops!). Don't forget to see a string quartet if you have the time. Absolutely amazing. Thanks Kresimir, for making our stay in Prague so easy and enjoyable!

It's unbelievable that you can find a most comfortable apartment at a very reasonable rate right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of central Prague's Old Town Square - but dead quiet. My wife, daughter and I spent Christmas 2009 in Prgue and stayed at apartment 4. There's really not much I can add to all the other great reviews. Booking was a breeze and leaving a deposit via PayPal was dead easy. We were promptly picked up at the airport and dropped off there again at the end of our stay. Our flight was late and our luggage missing so that our driver had to wait for quite a considerable amount of time and definitely deserved a good tip - he gave me half of it back (Rome taxi drivers, do you read this?).
Upon arrival Kresimir, the owner, was welcoming us and made sure we were comfortable and gave us a quick run-down on what we absolutely needed to do and see. He also offered to help us in retrieving our luggage and emailed to make sure we were ok. And there is a lap top computer with free internet in the apartment or you can use your own computer if you wish. The Vodafone internet can be quite slow but maybe we north Americans are spoiled.

If you ever come to Prague, Tynska 7 is where you have to stay.

Searching for the small and nice apartment in the Prague city centre we found the perfect place 100m far from Old Town square, behind Church of Our Lady before Tyn.
The apartment is suitable for 4-6 people. It is fully equipped, incl. tv, internet connection. It has functional kitchen with all necessary dishes and appliances. The bathroom is litbit smallish but usable. Two comfortable, twin beds are on the upper floor together with additional room used as wardrobe.
Service and hospitality were on the highest level, starting from the request for additional information and reservation till departure.
Definitely value for money. We recommend to everybody who wants to experience the heart of old medieval Prague!

This was an excellent spot to stay. We were concerned that there were only extremely positive reviews for this place, but it turns out that is because it truly is an awesome spot. We stayed in apartment 3, and it has 3 bedrooms and one full bath and a half bath. There were only 3 of us traveling, but we could have slept 10 more people in the place if we needed. It was outrageously big, the biggest apartment I've stayed in in Europe. Kressimir was able to get us tickets to a very big soccer (football) match which in my mind went way above and beyond.

This place is about 50 yards from the Old Square, which is exactly where you want to be in Prague. The location literally could not have been better.
