“The place to be when travel on a budget”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

My husband and I have stayed there in the beginning of march, payed only 20 some dollars for a night. Great bargain, clean and modern rooms. The hotel's location is not one of the best but there are so many other factors that made me give it 5 stars:
Great Price

Friendly Personal

Large shopping mall right across the street, just take an overpass, no need to cross the street. In the mall you may want to take advantage of the post office - to send a card, t-mobile store - to purchase unlocked phone. We had to do it because our us phones were locked so new sim card would not work. We have purchased a cheap phone and a sim card and were able to call through entire Europe without problems. We will keep this phone for our next European vacation.

Tram stop
Make sure to ask at the front desk for a list of main attractions tram routs. Very handy, saved us a lot of time. This list also posted inside the elevator. Front desk also sells very reasonably priced tram tickets.

Free Parking
We had our rental car parked
outside (parking is free) and rode a tram instead; parking in the city is a nightmare and unnecessary stress. Negative about parking: not safe, car may be broken into; don't leave your luggage there, we have seen some broken glass on the pavement.

Breakfast buffet has a decent selection, price reasonable

McDonalds is in the same building, i can't say I would recommend their food to anybody (not their fan) but their coffee was something i was looking forward to every morning :-).

Free Internet
The connection was ok

Front desk will also book an excursion for you, bus will pick you up at the hotel

All things considered, this I would come back without hesitation.

If you look for hotel with reasonable price and clean rooms, then it may be you choice, but there is not much more to look for. The hotel is part of Football stadium, so no sightseeings neraby. Metro station is difficult to reach by walk, brekfast is really poor and usually crowded.

Hotel is convenient for business travellers looking for good level at low budget, but I do not recommend for tourists that have problems with using trams to reach city center.

Anyway for this price you get more than you pay, so it is not bad.

Cheap and clean hotel situated in the outer centre of Prague. 10 minutes with tram (20 minutes by walk) to Karlovo namesti, good connestion to airport and motorway. I chose this hotel because I lived in Prague for 10 years and I dont like tourist crowds and traffic jams near the Moldau river. From outer city you can reach all tourist attractions in a few minutes, but you can also enjoy relaxing walks in residential areas with modern houses (Vrsovice, Strasnice). This hotel is popular among youngsters, so you can expect a bit noisy evenings. Rooms are clean, nice, bathroom generous and fully equipped.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is OK. Hotel is right infront of tram station and mall with a big TESCO supermarket which is open 24/7. 15 min by tram to old twon. Unfriendly staff (like most of the population in Prague). Price is OK, but it's a rip-off for the nights between xmas and new year's (more than 3 times their usual rate, which is completely not worth it).

Although this hotel is a cheap one, the stay there wouldn't be a waste of time or money. Starting with the location - hotel is located in Vrsovice, that's a part of town, where a lot of houses were constructed before WWC II, so there lives a lot of people, but it's not a a kind of new residentials. Thanks to this fact, there are a lot of trams and buses circulating just round the corner, so you can definitely be in the city centre in some 20 minutes.
Hotel is a part of new football stadium of Slavia Prague, so if you're not a football, rather check, whether you won't stay there during a match. Some of the rooms do have a view over the pitch, so if you ARE a football fan, this could be a choice for you (Slavia Prague is one of the best teams in Czech Republic, so the quality would be OK).
My room was looking as a double, but the beds were twins, but I haven't taken care about, because I was there just by myself. Room is equiped by a flat tv with several Czech and foreign channels and the top for me was the bathroom, which is very nice. The cleaning service was good.
If you're hungry, you can either choose the hotel restaurant with a breakfast and lunch menu with very convenient pricing, or to go to the shopping mall, which is just 2 minutes by foot from the hotel (however, the area of hotel is not populated at all) and there are some restaurants in.
Maybe the beds could be better, but that would be different room by room.
Staying there was OK and if you're looking for value for money, I would recommend.

I booked a room through the hotel’s web site and the credit card info was stolen. In a while I had many unauthorized transactions on my credit card. The manager of the hotel said he was sorry (and that this problem occurred to many others) but I lost money. Even if in some time I should get back the money that were stolen (I am still waiting for that to happen), I still have to pay bank fees (that are substantial) for the investigation of the unauthorized transactions.

Also the hotel is very dirty, the TV was not working, the showered head was broken, etc. It has 4 stars just on the entrance – it is a cheap hotel.
