“Romantic spot with the castle as a backdrop for a lovely meal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2012

We stopped by this place for a drink and snack after walking up to the castle and were so impressed that we made a reservation for our last night in Prague. The food was fantastic and the service friendly (pretty rare in Prague!). The location is so special. We had a view of the Castle and the Charles Bridge. The prices are reasonable.
We shared a caesar salad with chicken, followed by Salmon filet for me and pasta with steak and a spicy tomato sauce for my partner, too full for dessert!!

“Yummy food for great value!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2011

This restaurant was recommended by our land lady. It was very near her apartment to boot so we tried it for dinner. No regrets! The food was super good and affordable compared to European standards. Experience from this restaurant even made the experience in Prague even that little more enjoyable.

I tried the carbonara and their most famous pizza (sorry I forgot the name) and they were both good. Great way to cap a busy and long day walking around Prague!

“Really satisfied”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2011

We just had a quick meal at Grosseto Ristorante in our Prague before jumping on the bus back to Budapest, and this was our best meal in Prague this time. The price level was okay, the sun was shining and the qualitiy of our food was excellent. The service was also good and they were polite, and we will for sure return here next time we visit Prague!

“Great Italian in Prague”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2011

Great to watch the pizza's being made, the servie was quick and friendly four of us all had different food all good, my daughter wasn't able to finish her pizza this was noticed by the waiter who immediately offered to box it up for us to take away. NOt able to coment on deserts as the main was so filling, not the cheapest but still good value for money. Also my daughter lives in the area and they often use as a take away they particularly recommend the margarita pizza.

“Unexpectedly good Italian”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2011

We went in here to shelter from rain. I am not a lover of Italian food. Pizzas I can take or leave but this place is very relaxed, the staff are friendly and good English speakers. However forget all that the food is good AND I got a great bottle of Soave, we had a lot of trouble accessing wine in Prague. I know it's a beer place but surely not with food.
