“Great atmosphere, nice food”

Beautiful piano music played throughout the evening, the service was wonderful and the chef came out to the tables. The food was very pleasant.

“Can't go wrong with this very special restaurant.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012

Excellent cuisine. Duck with dumplings and sauerkraut was delicious, as was the chicken on risotto. Excellent scallops on red bell pepper sauce appetizer. Excellent raspberry creme and white chocolate dessert. Beautiful Art Deco furniture, plus Chagall and Dali paintings on the walls. Michal was an excellent waiter. Exquisite all around.

“Worthy of a High Score”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2012

We ate here our first night in Prague. The food was exceptional. The portions are not large, but properly sized. I would describe their food style as 'Nouvelle Czech'.
The weather kept us inside, in the lobby level main restaurant. The tables are large, and spaced well apart. Because of it's limited seating the staff is small, but well trained and professional.
On the night we were there we could only order beer/wine for some reason. I was told that I would be able to order 'hard' liquor the next day.
The restaurant is part of the Aria Hotel.

“Luncheon Special”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

We had lunch in this Art Deco "palace". The decor alone is worth a visit. Our orders weren't much of a test for the kitchen, but the food was quite good--including a chicken noodle soup with the chicken supplied by the bird's leg (much tastier than it sounds). Within easy walking distance of the "big" Hilton.
