I ordered a coffee with Bailey's in it at Grand Hotel Praha's Kovarna Steak House outdoor cafe in Old Town Square. I had ordered this same drink the day before at another Old Town Square restaurant and the price was around 100 Crowns ($6.00). When I ordered the drink at Kovarna the waiter said they didn't have this particular drink on the menu but that he could bring me a coffee with Bailey's on the side. I said this was okay. He then brought out a regular size coffee and a shot of Bailey's. When I got the bill, I found that he charged me 119 Crowns ($7.20) for the coffee and $199 Crowns ($12.00) for the Baileys, making for a $20.00 cup of coffee! When I complained about this, saying I only ordered the one drink, and that the same drink was selling for only $6.00 at the place next door, the waiter got very angry and pretended he no longer understood English. I ended up paying the bill but would highly recommend people stay away from this place. If you do go, stick to the menu and don't customize anything. Confirm in advance what the price will be before you order.
