“yummy desserts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2013

We went to Bakeshop for dessert on our last night in Prague. We had cappuchinos, cheesecake and an apple tart. They were all very good.

“A special "fresh fast food"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 20, 2013

We choose this special fast food because it was suggest by Lonely guide and we had just finished the Jews tour: it's quite close the spanish synagoghe. The place looks like very nice: there's a good choice of fresh sweet and salt bakery. There are only few high table inside and many seats outside. More expansive than average above all of a fast food.

“Delicious Treats”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2013

I had been dreaming of Czech cakes and breads but until we searched out Bakeshop all fell short. Tucked into a corner location in the nicest part of Old Town, Bakeshop was the answer to a search for the perfect afternoon tea/coffee break. Try the almond croissant. It's light and addictive. And the plum poppy cake with indulgent crumbs is another delicious treat. Redeemed Czech bakeries.

“Great quality”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2013

We stopped here for a cappuccino mid-morning, and I couldn't resist one of their almond croissants (the small size -more than enough). Both the coffee and the croissant were excellent, and, living in Italy, we're used to a decent cappuccino. We sat outside and couldn't have been happier. The prices may be slightly above average, but the position - near Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter - is convenient, and the general mood of the place is attractive overall.

“Perfect cafe to take a break at.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2013

Well prepared, fresh tasting food, good coffee and really good baked goods. One of my all time favourite cafes anywhere in the world.
