This is my absolute favorite. The trip there from the city center is quite a ride by taxi but definitely worth it. I always have the Foie Gras an my only disappointment was the lobster, but service is second to none and if you are lucky enough to sit in the garden on a nice day - it's a piece of heaven !
They grow their own organic herbs and certainly use it in their dishes. Some of the herbs you see in the garden almost disappeared from this planet. According to the proprietor 80 % of the produce they use are organic.
