On my recent trip to Prague I took an excursion to a little town called Kutna Hora.It is probably famous for its Ossuary in the suburb of Sedlec which has a small hall decorated with human bones all over the interior.I was a little suprised at how small the Ossuary is because the photos made it look a lot bigger than it actually was inside.I am glad I went as it is definitely an unusual place but it took almost 2 hours to get there and spent about 20 minutes looking around which is enough to see everything.
The other attraction in Kutna Hora is the church of St.Barbara which is interesting but once you have seen St.Vitus Catherdral in Prague it is not really worth the trip. There are various companies who do the excursion but I think it would be cheaper to get the train from the main station in Prague to Kutna Hora and then the tourist bus at the station which takes you to both sights. It has some interest but not really worth the length of time it takes to get there considering the time you will spend at the actual sights.
