Stayed here for 2 nights 29-30 June 2013. A fantastic place, great location by the river and a 5 minute walk into the village. The owner was very helpful and friendly on arrival and gave us a map and suggested places to eat out. The rooms were very clean. The owner asked us what time we would like breakfast each morning and when we arrived in the kitchen area a lovely table of hams, cheeses and salad were laid out with extras little touches added each day such as boiled eggs one day and pastries the next. Parking was on a little street outside but this was fine as the street is very quiet- would definitely stay again

I loved this place. Not right in the centre of Cesky Krumlov, but that is a plus. Lovely little walk into the town centre. Nice and quiet and rooms were very well maintained and clean. Owner was very pleasant, and available on site most of the time if needed. Only a few rooms, so very small and personal feeling. I had a big room, as that was all that was available, however it was still very good value. Great heating in the rooms enabled washing to dry on the bathroom heater overnight. Breakfast was good, and varied to suit each day. I didn't eat the cold meats the first day, and I was never served it again. Good value at €3, but Cesky Krumlov is a very cheap place to eat anyway. Internet was good, although reception wasn't great in my room. Owner was very honest about it upfront, and advised it worked very well in the kitchen area and all other rooms. Most of the 3 days I didn't have trouble with it from my room, anyway.

Room Tip: The triple room is huge.

We enjoyed our stay in Cesky Kromlov and we stayed at the Penzion Weber. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is a little simple but definitely enough for us who stayed for a couple of nights. It is not difficult to get to the town centre but if anyone is carrying big bags, please seriously consider taking a taxi from the station. Getting there, depending on which route you choose, might involve climbing a long flight of steps. We booked it with a pretty good price and we were happy about it.

As indicated in other reviews, Penzion Weber is located just outside the city centre, about a 10 minute walk maximum from the town square. Parking is on a small and narrow old street, but manageable. We stayed two nights, and the breakfast changed from one day to the next and was quite good (usual meat/cheese assortment, breads, boiled eggs one day and a sweet pastry the next). The room was a good size, well-appointed and with a nice Vltava river view (and the relaxing sound of running water). The owner is apparently only around part of the time, so we had a delayed check-in upon arrival and this was no inconvenience at all (and is typical of a pension); rooms were not cleaned daily and as such we ran out of some essentials. We would certainly stay there again if we had the opportunity to return to beautiful Cesky Krumlov.

Penzion is very small, only 3 rooms but with very helpfull owner, clean and nice rooms and big breakfast with salami, ham many vegetable, cheese, desert and butter and jam of course. Tea, coffe and juice are matter of course. Location is great on 3 mins by foot to the bridge to old central of Cesky Krumlov. To the camp nove spoli is onyl 10 mins by foot from where you can start your boat tour thru the Cesky Krumlov is much better than you start from mouse hole from center Krumlov if you want to only short cesky krumlov tour is better start from camp Nove Spoli tour is longer and you see much more from Krumlov and you can ending on camp on other side of Krumlov u Tri Borovic or near the Eggenberg beerfactory.

Our room at Penzion Weber was so nice- probably the largest one we stayed in out of 6 cities- and the bathroom was nice and modern, too. The breakfast was prepared at a time we requested and it was great. Very economical, we would definitely stay again. You do have to walk to get into the downtown, but it's only 10 minutes (if that) and a very charming walk.

For a small town like Cesky Krumlov, this pension was located rather far away if you have a backpack and came by bus. The route to the pension consisted of long staircases and uphill walks. The route is about 15min from the centre. Plenty of other more central locations.
Otherwise, the room, wifi and showers were great.
