Post touch down to Aamby Valley one will be surprised to see the Presidental style security screening one and ones cars..thus the experience began...in the midst of nature away from the buzzing traffic snarls of the near by metro...this is the only place in the world which gives you a feeling of a home away from home...be it the Spanish Style Cottages...or the Aussie Style Chalets...all ultra modern yet in the comfort of mother nature...or the support staff right from the drivers who take you around the scenic beauty...to the event coordinators to the banquet staff...which gives you the ROYAL Indian experience...AAMBY has been my hideaway in the lap of Mother Nature for from the time it was built up everytime i go its a new refreshing experience...THANKS TEAM AAMBY

Room Tip: AUSSIE CHALETS are awesome room options. SPANISH COTTAGES are best for groups.

I would like to thank asst duty manager,Mr.Shrikrishna for being so humble & co-operative during our stay at Aamby Valley city, I always recomend a Taj property to all my relatives & friends because Taj really pampers their guests, due to Mr.Shrikrishna we got the same pampering at Aamby Valley, now onwards I can suggest this property too.It was a great pleasure to stay at the Aamby Valley City.

During my visit to Aamby valley, I stayed at Spanish Cottage, which can be called at tents really. The interiors of these tents are not plush as mentioned in the web site. The AC for month of May is not adequate in afternoon heat . While being close to nature is okay but 50 insects travelling in your room are not done. The service is good and staff is courteous and helpful. However they seemed to be recruited without any training. May be Sahara seems to recruit staff from rural UP and deputed them w/o training. For the money they charge service staff was less polished comparable to 5Star Hotels of ITC, Taj or Oberoi group. However exteriors of the property are excellent. The lakes, Golf course, and other attractions were good. However I was happy to spend one night at the Spanish Cottage and checked out one day early.

Room Tip: Stay at Villas or Cabana.

i being hotelier myself , it a better place , product is great on paper, huge building, spanish cabana etc that all find , but when you talk of services it just....just o.k.
you can not charge so much to give just o.k. services
staff needs to be train more ....need for proactive services.
can be rated as slighly above avg.......this is not encouraging for place or product like aamby valley
