I had never been to Spain and thanks to the other reviews on Trip Advisor I decided to make a side trip on the way to Granada and visit Ronda. What a great spot, and again thanks to the reviews here on this site, I was lucky enough to stay at a wonderful little b&b in the old section of the city.
It was totally charming and exactly what I had imagined Spain to be. The owner, Anahid was a total delight offering great advice on where to go and what to see not just there in Ronda, but in Granada and other Andalusian spots. She is not originally from Spain as others have noted but is a charming warm person who has lived and travelled throughout Europe, the Middle East and America. I really loved the way she whimsically painted the courtyard.
The inn is small with a delightful courtyard that makes you feel relaxed and glad to be away from it all. Other nice features include the large rooms and nice HOT showers (something that you don't find in alot of b&bs in Spain) as well as the great breakfasts. I will definitely come back to Ronda and to Baraka!
