“Another surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013

In this restaurant you can always experience new tastes. This time, I tried croquetas de chorizo, a new flavor, totally different to the traditional croqueta de chorizo. For dessert, I enjoyed, by Antonio recommendation, bienmesabe, incredible.
It's a little bit price, but it worth.
I am looking for coming back!

“A great place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013

What a great restaurant! Excellent food, friendly staff, wonderful location .. what more could you need?

We visited several times on a recent trip to Ronda and were always met with a smile and a friendly greeting. The staff take the time to talk to you about the choice of foods available, explaining which will complement each other, which dish to have before another and why.

Owner Antonio has a motto of "a full stomach makes a happy heart" .. and I couldn't agree more having tried his dish of migas (fried breadcrumbs with chorizo, sausage and softened peppers)

Hasta la proxima vez Antonio!

“Nice place for tapas”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

This restaurant is located near the Ronda City Hall and the main church, so it's hard to miss.

A local friend recommended it, and she was right. Simple but comfortable accomodation, friendly service, good food, prices within reason.

We stopped for a quick snack and ended up having a full meal. We ordered quite a few tapas dishes to share among four people. Quantity and quality were very good, and cooking was more creative than usual. Prices were somewhat higher than average, but far from expensive.

The owner came around a few times to make sure that we were satisfied.

My permanent advice for visitors to Andalucia is to eat where the locals eat, and this is such a place.
