This was recommended by our hotel. We were a bit sceptical when the owner (Elias) greeted us with a suggestion that we ignore the menu and have a 'bit of everything'. We were even more sceptical when we were seated at a table with a laminated blurb in English, with sponsor's ads, about how much the restaurant means to the owner. BUT ignore those things and just go for it! Really top class food, served in a friendly way in an informal setting. One of the best meals we've had for a while. The restaurant is just outside the southern wall of the old city, 5 minutes walk from the bridge and ravine. We sat in the square opposite and food was ferried out by Elias and his daughter. Everything was top quality produce - the steak was out of this world. An outstanding place to eat!
