“Fantastic food, but very expensive.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

We had a lunch here when staying in Ronda. We really wanted to try good, local food. We were certainly not disappointed on that score. After a really nice Gazpacho, we had a tasty Rabbit Ste, and a sensational pork dish with pesto.
Wonderful food. Very pricey, though.

“Excellent service and great food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

The waiter at Pedro Romero was extremely attentive and made sure our glasses never dipped below half full and took time to explain the menu to us in detail.

The food arrived quickly and simply fantastic.

Yes, the restaurant is perhaps a little on the higher side of other nearby places, but you soon realise it's worth the extra with every mouthful.

Four of us dined with two courses, a bottle of wine, a few beers and after dinner coffees for €150 with tip.

“Tradional decent food but expensive”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013 via mobile

Nicely decorated restaurant right across Plaza de Toros. Decent food, very traditional but too expensive for it's quality. Moreover, the wine tasted old. Perhaps the lack of customers negatively skewed this review.

“Disappointing!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2013

Given the prominence of this restaurant in varoius guides, online and book form, and the fact thta the restauant is in a prime position opposite the bull ring, we went there fully expecting a good meal (not a great meal) and good service.

What we got was indiffrerent food served with a distinct lack of even common courtesy. As for the prices, least said, soonest mended.

Although we live close to Ronda, this is not a restaurant that we will return to.
