“Everything we wanted!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

My wife and I recently spent five glorious days as guests at Tres Sirenas and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived it was clear that Tres Sirenas offers the best of what Rincon has to offer (a relaxed and laid back vibe) without sacrificing any of the attention to detail that separates an above average inn from a stellar one. The relaxed vibe was evident when we arrived earlier than check-in and Lisa promptly got us into our room and provided us with a long a list of great local eating, drinking and sight seeing high lights. The inn itself is immaculate and could not be located in a better spot. Steps from the warm inviting Caribbean with well appointed rooms and a pool area that cannot be beat for cocktails at sunset. Add to that short walks or rides to all that Rincon has to offer outside of the inn, and you just cannot go wrong!

My only complaint would be that each morning's top notch breakfast left me so full that I was typically not ready for lunch before 2PM, and no fault of Tres Sirenas, but most places in Rincon seemed to stop serving lunch around 1PM. On one or two occasions this left me craving an early start to happy hour (which seems to start at 3PM throughout Rincon) with only crystal blue waters, gentle sea breezes, a load of free sports equipment (snorkeling gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc.), and exquisite sea views with which to pass the time.

I would come back here in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in January and loved every minute of it. Tres Sirenas has an amazing location right on the beach and a quiet, low-key atmosphere that's exactly what we wanted. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful but never intrusive, and prepared a delicious home-cooked breakfast every morning. Rooms are comfy and well-kept. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but you'll need a car to explore most of Rincon. The beach here is not crowded and good for swimming (the big surfing waves seem to be a mile or two up the coast) which suited us perfectly. We'd go back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I spent a week at Tres Sirenas and couldn't have been more pleased! We arrived at the Inn past the check in time and had full instructions on how to enjoy our first evening there. The owners and staff were helpful and readily available to answer questions about touring the area. The breakfasts were wonderful and served each morning outside our room, each meal different from the last. The Inn has all the amenities of a quality hotel and more...unlimited coffee, beach towels, soaps and lotions, first aid items, snorkel gear, iron, robes, movies, books, tourist information, area restaurant menus....the list goes on and on. The beach was very swimmable and clean. MANY tourists inquired on the property while we enjoyed the deck and the beach....it is simply the prettiest property in the area. We walked to downtown Rincon and to several area restaurants. A fresh produce stand was a block from the Inn. Surfing, snorkeling, nightlife, and restaurants were all within a ten-minute drive. We were not able to get to everything we wanted to do while we were in Rincon....the options were too many! Thank you Tres Sirenas for the perfect backdrop to a perfect vacation!

Room Tip: Loved, loved loved the Pool Studio! Great sitting options, lots of room to spread out, wonderful sem...

Spent three nights here in December and really enjoyed our stay. Quaint and quiet guest house about three steps from the ocean. Its in a nice spot in which you can jump down to the beach and visit a couple of the other hotels and watering holes which are just a short sand walk away. The staff here is super helpful, we ejnoyed the pool and sitting areas while viewing the ocean sunsets with other guests and some good wine. The pool is refreshing and one morning a crab had to be rescued out of it - lol

We would totally come back to this place as its a good value with all things considered. With that being said a few items kept us from giving 5 stars. The room while updated had a shower head that was about 50 percent clogged with deposits and hot water at times was absent. My wife thought the mattress was a bit uncomfortable They have a pre-shower for use after swimming in the ocean but no lower tap to clean all the sand off your feet, combine that with not having a door mat to our room, we were continually tracking sand all over the place. The eight year old coffee maker exploded one morning, sending hot coffee everywhere. It was quickly replaced but seems like it should have been long before. We found the morning breakfasts to be a really nice option but didnt wow us the in the way of other geusts. Nice fresh fruit and juice, pretty basic breakfast burrito, a very good quiche but then an inedible crossiant with tons of goat cheese, scrambled eggs and pesto, interesting. We also had to deal with our credit card being charged four times, that was solved quickly but still was time spent in getting it sorted out. So all and all good not perfect. Rincon is a nice pretty causual beach town but dont expect anything fancy here, the downtown itself isnt exactly pretty. They do give out free snorkeling gear and one of the gals gave us perfect directions to a great spot only spot five minutes away. Sea turtles and tons of other fish, be careful with the sea urchins though, you do not want to step on one.

Cheers -

We stayed a week @ Tres Sirenas in December (. We were greeted by Emily with a smile and taken to our room. The view of the ocean is amazing just a few steps from your doorstop! Rooms are updated and very clean. The pictures from their website do not lie. It was a week of relaxing and enjoying the beach and sun. Each morning they serve a tremendous breakfast outside your room and are very accomodating with telling you places to go and things to do. The owners totally care for the property and each guest and you can tell by the reviews and repeat visitors. We will be one of the repeators!! You can be single, a couple or family to appreciate this place. As for dining options, there are many places to stop in for a drink or quick bite to eat. We stayed in and had Anna can Cook bring us food nightly. One thing is definate, Anna can cook!! This has to the best B&B place anywhere in Puerto Rico and totally worth every penny. We enjoyed every minute and thanks again to the entire team @Tres Sirenas for making our stay so memorable.

Room Tip: They are all great but we would

I don't understand why this place isn't #1 on Trip Advisor! We stayed here for our honeymoon, and couldn't believe how perfect it was. First of all, they accommodated a last minute request to come a day early--our room was ready to go, and Lisa was prepared for us, with even flowers, champagne, and chocolate that we had requestet. She and Harry were wonderful hosts, the breakfast was amazing right on our own patio every morning, and the pool and beach were small but just right for an inn--it felt like they belonged to us! My favorite day of the trip was the day we didn't leave Tres Sirenas...we had massages in our room, Lisa's amazing picnic lunch (that was more than enough for dinner, too), and best of all, we didn't have to arrange ANY of it--we just told her what we wanted, and it was all ready for us! Amazing, and we can't wait to return!!

Room Tip: It was worth the splurge to get the Pool Studio--especially if you want to spend a lot of time in an...

Our family of 4 booked the Pool Studio and one other room for Thanksgiving week. We arrived in San Juan later than expected on Sunday and called Lisa from the rental car agency. She asked if we'd be interested in some good music when we got to Rincon and said she'd text us w/ directions when we got close. So we were guided by text with great directions to the Tres Sirenas and from there to a super restaurant- La Copa Llena at The Black Eagle. She recognized us right away and gave us a very warm greeting.

The next morning, Lisa brought out the map and the phone and sat down with us to make plans. We discussed what we’d like to do for the week and she started making calls to be certain we could get the snorkel trips, the surf lessons, the massage, and anything else we desired. Each day we’d chat and get recommendations about what we’d done the previous night and what were other good places to try. Lisa and Harry know everyone and everywhere!!

The rooms were wonderful. I highly recommend the pool studio - tons of room to spread out and lots of storage, and incredible view. Great lounging area indoors (two sofas) and right outside as well (two comfy chaise lounges). The beds were incredibly comfortable as well; one of my daughters is known for sleeplessness, and she slept like a rock. The staff was very friendly and cleaned well daily.

The grounds are beautifully maintained. Harry arrives with Brian each morning and hoses everything down so it’s spic & span. We took full advantage of the pool and lounge chairs daily and the temp was perfect. My only gripe is that the chairs are wooden with thin pads so they are a bit tough on one’s derriere, but that’s something you can live with when you’re in a paradise like Tres Sirennas. We also used the paddleboards and a kayak – all in great shape. It’s a super spot for traversing up and down the coast on the ocean for a half an hour or so to see what’s what because it’s so calm. Then you can get hooked up w/ surf lessons on the other side of Rincon to see some swells!

Now the breakfast. WOW!!! Let me just say that we never had lunch. There was no need. As Lisa said, she gave us the fuel we needed to keep us going all day for every adventure. Her cooking is incredible. There was something for everyone, and always presented beautifully. Speaking of Lisa’s cooking, we pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner and the other guests were envious. We had dinner for two nights! It was unbelievably delicious.

I cannot say enough great things about Tres Sirenas, Lisa, Harry, Emily, the staff, the setting, the service, the FOOD! You’ve just got to go see for yourself!

Room Tip: Pool Studio is roomy and has a wonderfull view.
