Wow, I totally disagree about the service, but it could have been the timing. The food was spectacularly fresh and delicious, and the service was flawless. As Maggers noted, the outdoor setting, staggeringly fresh fish, and well-trained wait staff made this an exceptional meal all around. We've been coming to Rincon for 4 years now, and this is the best meal yet. We had fish tacos (one order of mero/grouper and one of dorado/mahi) and tostones (fresh & hot, tender, home-made, not the cheap icky premade frozen ones), accompanied by a refreshing sandia-parcha/watermelon-passionfruit mojito.
