Great suite with amazing balcony showing the main attraction, the amazing lake and mountains. Reception kindly facilitated a late check out which was perfect to relax and enjoy the Sunday papers and the view.
Last nights dinner in The Panorama restaurant was good, the starter in particular (tuna carpaccio) was excellent followed by a relaxing drink listening to pleasant entertainment in the bar.
Breakfast is a Buffett and was a little disappointed to see that there were no menu options here.
However what was available was great. Will I be back? Definitely.

Staying here at the moment I must say the hotel is fantastic, staying in one the sea view rooms absolutely stunning and the spa is unreal, didn't bother going into Killarney for dinner so we ate in the brasserie but I must say the food was very average both of us been a non fish eaters the menu was very limited, service was poor, was looking at my empty drink for 30mins,so didn't bother getting a second , never asked how our food was, but all this aside the hotel is a fantastic just a pity about the restaurant ,will be hitting Killarney town tomorrow night for dinner.

Although Killarney is wonderful with lots to see and do there is no need to leave this hotel once you have parked your car. From the moment you walk in the door the welcome is warm and generous and everything is 5 star! It's hard to pick one thing that makes this hotel special cause the food is excellent, the view outstanding, the pool area second to none but I think it is probably the staff that make you feel so welcome that makes this a place to return to despite the high price of accommodation. By the way, the food and drink did not seem overly expensive compared to other 5 star hotels and there is a generous attitude to hospitality here with excellent bread and beautiful petit fours served after dinner before you even choose a dessert!

Room Tip: The lake view rooms are more expensive but we woke up to a wonderful view from our bed. Room 412 an...

Our latest stay was, once again, wonderful. Comfortable, modern rooms with spectacular views of the lake, helpful and cheerful staff, full breakfast included. Many scenic local attractions to visit but shuttle service into town has been discontinued. We didn't try the services at the spa but we walked around and it looked fantastic.

True to its name, the Europe Hotel is everything but Irish. It is owned by a German businessman and employs mostly non-Irish service personnel. The hotel is luxurious and deserves its rave reviews but it is not the place for someone looking for an authentic Irish hotel.

Room Tip: Lake view is a must.

This was my third stay and without doubt the best so far! Made to feel incredibly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic room (405) on the fourth floor with views to die for. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There is a bus/coach service that now runs from Fossa to Killarney Town Centre, Mucross House etc. Fantastic value considering the taxi fare to Kerry airport cost me more then my flight over! In my opinion the customer service levels have gone up several notches since my last visit. I have nothing but high praise for a perfect stay.

Room Tip: 4th floor lake view room for great views.
