“Away From it all”

Just wanted to thank you for another (3rd) wonderful experience. We come to the area to get away from it all and to RELAX. Your facility gives us that and more. Although it may not be for everyone, we feel like we have our own private cabin when we stay at 9 Pines. The rooms are adorable and the craftsmanship in the rooms is so charming and rustic. It gives us everything we need without being excessive. Even minimalist, if you will, in a GOOD way, including mini fridge, microvave and Wi-fi. Did I mention that the rooms are clean? We love it there and can't wait to stay again.

We had a great expirience at Nine Pines Motel. It feels more like a cabin or lodge than a motel. We even woke up to snow the next morning (In mid April) which only added to the woodsy lodge feel. We bought a certificate through Employee Network's treasure chest at a steal. Not only did Nine Pines honor it but waived our taxes. The rooms are nice, clean and updated with great cabin style fixtures and hand carved beds. Heater, mini fridge, microwave and wireless internet worked great (with 2 Ipads going). Towels were plentyful and sheets were nice and soft. We found a great boutique just across the street (Living life Out Loud). We will make Nine Pines our place to stay while in the Mountains...it does just that, make you feel like you are in the mountains even though you are in town.

This motel is an excellent place to stay! The accommodations were super, to include the handmade bed. This has been one of the best places we have stayed in in years. during the fire, they were generous and helpful to those who were out of living quarters. A special thanks to them!

Room Tip: there really is not a bad room, the parking could be better, the have a small parking lot. The rooms...

Stayed in one of their renovated single queen bed rooms over new years and was totally satisfied. The room was clean, decorated nicely, had a microwave and mini fridge. The heater worked great and the water got nice and warm quickly. The renovate bathroom was really well done, the bed was comfortable, blankets and pillows were also good. Spoke with Kenny and he was awesome, made sure I got into one of the renovated rooms and even made sure I had a TV in the room (an old tube TV, but still a TV). I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. I forgot my phone charger in the room after we checked out and they called me within 35 minutes or so to let me know, it was greatly appreciated.

The only suggestions that could make this place perfect would be:
-Complimentary shampoo bottles (they did have a soap/body wash dispenser in the shower)
-Packaged muffins and piece of fruit or something like that as a complimentary breakfast.
-Nicer TVs (it'd be nice for watching movies since the night life there isn't too spectacular.

Overall, this place was great, highly recommended.

If you're staying in Pinetop, Arizona, you're usually there to fish, to ski, to hunt, to golf, or just to get away from the summer heat in Phoenix or Tucson. Lodging can be something of an afterthought. However, after staying at Nine Pines in early September, I doubt we'll ever stay anywhere else.

The down home feel of the place and the genuinely friendly service we received from the owners/propietors would be enough of a reason to stay here, but the price is also quite good relative to the other lodging options along White Mountain Blvd!

It's really just a small motel, but it's tucked among the tall pines and has a log cabin sort of ambience. What they've ended up with is an inexpensive motel that feels surprisingly like a mountainy, western lodge.

This is an amazing place with the best owners. We had our wedding in Pinetop and Nine Pines was more than accommodating to all of our out of town guests. Every guest raved about how they enjoyed thier stay and would make a return to Nine Pines. In fact we plan to stay here for every anniversary. Décor, service, hospitality and comfort are just some of the fantastic feature you’ll find here.
