“Ok for cheap break”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2013

Stayed for 5 days, arrived early hrs of morning reception staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel basic but clean, food not brilliant but you wouldn't starve. Drinks good as we were all inclusive. Pool area could be better all sun loungers broken and area behind hotel looks like local dumping ground old mattresses etc. Hotel nice stroll from beach front and quiet during our stay. Didnt leave valuables and money in room but cleaner decided it was okay to steal packets of cigarettes! ! No TV in room but didnt bother us, hairdryer in room though. Overall did the job for a few days away, would maybe return if was looking for a cheap option. Hotel close to airport and local bus only €3 and also good bus connection to Palma.

Palma mazas isn't a bad hotel, it's the little things that make it worse! Firstly they attempt to put you in a different hotel which is dangerous! Then the cleaners nick your money if it isn't very hidden away and the food is awful and the same thing everyday! I would go back but I would be more prepared! The staff are nice and helpful but some of them are very arrogant pushing me and my friend over! Wouldn't recommend it myself but it's a cheap get away!

10 adults away for weekend all inclusive...so after reading some of the negatives we were a little bit concerned but hey its 2* and cheap...
what a lovely surprise though...all but 1 member of staff were great, friendly and helpful, bar area is great for relaxing, wifi in the reception was great, pool a little small but the beach is only 7 or 8 mins down the road and you can use sister hotel, rooms basic but extremely clean, food again you get what you pay for and we managed to eat every day, however a couple of the men in our group did miss having a fried breakfast as hotel serves continental..i do have to big up the lovely lady on reception..we arrived at 12pm and checkin wasnt till 2pm..we said no problem can we leave bags somewhere and we will come back...her response was "you will not," and she booked us all in so we could use all inclusive facilities and we received our room keys later....so please if you do read and take notice of reviews bear this one in mind...if you book 2* and pay 2* prices please dont expect 5* facilities and food.. this hotel was excellent value for money and one of the cleanest i have stayed in....

Nice enough hotel, beds very comfy, always found something nice to eat in the restaurant, drinks perfectly ok, staff nice. Only downside is could do with some new sun loungers as most are damaged. 10 minutes to the beach which is long, sandy and the sea is warm and shallow quite a long way out. As my title says at about £150 for 3 nights AI I couldn't say anything but excellent VFM. Would definitely return.

my friend and I were put in this hotel because the hotel we booked closed three days later,it is only a 2 star hotel and as I booked a three star was a bit worried,,i booked in and whent to my room it was clean and the bed was comfy the towels were clean but a little dated and the bathroom was spotless with a bath and showare and also a hair drier , the breakfast was a little basic but I had cornflakes but they were taken off for 5 days and then back on again, the dinner was ok some days ,and also the evening meal (if you could get a seat) because three more hotels had to use this place ,the only trouble with the bar was plastic glasses (cups) but you could get proper ones if you paid ,I did not like this at all pleas e be carefull when you book any of these hotelsw
