Description: Els Brancs is the gastronomic restaurant of the Hotel Vistabella and its name derives from the small isles anchored directly in front. It is located on a terrace over a small cliff of the Bonifaci beach. This privileged location not only offers the possibility to admire the famous sunsets, but also pairs perfectly its cuisine with the surroundings of the Bay of Roses. The magnificent natural areas and the rich products of the region, together with the originality and passion are the key factors to let the customers enjoy a sixth sense.

A more extensive a la carte menu would be good, The staff are very attentive and helpful but their English is very limited which sometimes causing misunderstanding of your requirements.

“Superb”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

OMG, if you are into food and you are in the area, this one is a must. Myself and my husband ate the and chose a tasting menu (€89), thinking this will be a pricey meal. But rest assured, for what followed was well worth it, in fact at that price, the meal was a steal. now, in my opinion, not every dish we were served reallyworked, but most of them were great, steamed sea bass with fennel. Spinach and pine nuts alone is worth a visit. Overall Very good, for the last deser we even had a chance to meet the young chef Javier Cabrera who prepared the last dish at the table!!verry impressed. Mind you, the last dish was followed by another one, a huge bowl of exquisite chocolate. Now myself and my husband consider ourselves chocoholics - but that was just too much good good chocolate for mere mortals like ourselves.
Overall it really is a must, beautifully cooked food, unusual combination, very creative- but book your time, takes about three hours to eat your way through the tasting menu, but worth it!

Great service great views and great food! Not to be missed. Pricey yes but very delicious. Save room for the box of chocolate at the end. More chocolate than you have ever seen

“A must!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2012

If you enjoy food you will be delighted by this restaurant. We had a beautiful evening. I would recommend to take the menu as it is very surprising. Very fresh ingredients, cooking on a high level and a great service. In my opinion this restaurant is one of a kind and very unique for the region. Make sure to book a table in advance and try to get a table close to the sea on the terrace.
