“Very best choice when in Ayia Napa”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 weeks ago

There are two parts of resort - the hotel-part is situated in the main split level building, 8 storeys high, reception and entrance are on the 4th floor, restaurant, infinity pool and access to the beach are from ground floor. Nearly all the rooms have a balcony with a seaview, familysuites on floor 5 are larger and have a terrace with own sunbeds and sunumbrellas, and also a pool with a fish-pond in front of.
Please see my pictures attached here.
The apartments lie in the separate part of the resort with their own large irregular pool, there are 2-3 storeys smaller buildings that encircle the pool; they have balconies/terraces with own sunbeds and sunumbrellas, some of them with a pool-view and some have the nicest unrestricted seaview you can get.
Way to the beach means some stairways down and some 200-300 meters walk along the wooden path, comfortable and not very exhausting. There are grassy terraces all way down to the shore from hotel, equipped with sunbeds and sunumbrellas, there is plenty of space and some are always free to get, as well as same around the pools and poolbars. There is also 20-25 minutes' walk into the centre of town of Ayia Napa by road and some 15 minutes to marina there if you walk along the seashore.
Restaurants are two, the all-inclusive and an a-la carte, there is a both an indoor and a large outdoor seating with a seaview. Food is varied and well-prepared, staff is multicultural and efficient, maybe a bit familiar in the beginning.
Our impression of this resort is much higher than we expected, and we surely can be back when in Cyprus.

This was our first 'flying' holiday with a 2 year old and 3 year old. Very nervous about the flight, food, rooms etc. to be honest we booked this hotel for the kids and its not usually the type of place we would stay at all, but in truth we had a brilliant time. ......we still laugh that we took our kids to Ayia Napa, but the hotel was great and we had a brilliant holiday.

Pros
- Only a 2 hour time difference - keep kids on same clock and they have a kids show at 8pm which they LOVE whilst you and your other half can enjoy a drink.
- food was excellent. never been a fan of buffets, but it was perfect - kids kicked off, just go get something else - sorted. Really really good food.
- Never done all inclusive before, but the range seemed good. cocktails, secco all inc.
- Stunning view
- Good toddler pool with shady area and mini hotel which was perfect fun for them.
- Soft play and playground and a good kids club.
- Perfect temp for the kids. and the beach, although a short walk was really nice. Tip - go to the beach later in the day when that vast crowds have gone.
- Brilliant staff - could not do more to help.

CONS

- I can see why they are needed due to safety, but the paper cups a little annoying.
- good 'relaxing' pool, however there is a louder pool which is totally the opposite. Booming music most of the day, aqua aerobics, quiz etc, people park up from 8-8 and just sit. Understand some like this, but it was a little cheesy, like something off phoenix nights, in the day.

All in all if you have young ones and are looking to get some October Sun I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great time. Go before they reach school to avoid the half term!

Room Tip: Go for a Family Suite - 2 rooms to lock the kids away at night!

A great place for an all inclusive, beach holiday without being in the centre of Ayia Napa. If you want the bright lights they are a 20 minute walk down the beach or a bit further on tarmac, including an uphill on the return trip.

Views over the Med from most rooms and spectacular sunsets with Ayia Napa harbour in the foreground.

Staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful whether you are a family, a couple or a group of adults.

Thomson are main tour operator April - October and all entertainment is in English during these times, though there are many different nationalities staying here.

There is always a good variety of food to select from, which is buffet style so you can choose your own portions. Quality of food is good and the chefs will endeavour to a reasonable request for anything that isn't generally available.

In the grounds there is an activity pool, with a canopied small paddling pool for toddlers close by. On another part of the complex, next to the main hotel, there is a relaxing pool where no ball games are allowed (enforced) and an adjacent adults only (not enforced) infinity pool.
There is also a grassy area overlooking the sea which is for hotel guests. All pools and the grassy area have free sunbeds and parasols. The beach is accessible down a few steps and a wood planked path.
For the energetic there is a tennis court, well equipped gym and table tennis available. There are also 3 pool tables, which need refurbishing or replacing, and some dated video games machines which aren't free.

Rooms in the hotel have a small fridge while garden rooms have a full kitchenette with a bigger fridge. Wi fi is free throughout the hotel - this is a new addition for 2014.

All in all a clean, friendly hotel that is on the outskirts of the resort, within easy reach of the beach, a couple of small general stores and quieter bars.

Stayed here end Sept. Arrived late and was quickly checked in then had few drinks and sandwich as were way past tea. Had a beautiful sea view next morning to rise to. The hotel manager greeted all and shook hands and had a chat to all at mealtimes. The food was lovely here. Didn't do omelette at breakfast as in other hotels but soon learnt only had to ask the chef and would do especially for you ,massive too, Lovely. The hotel grounds were kept beautiful.was short walk onto the beach.About 20mins walk into ayia napa so not in a noisy area. Very clean here, lovely friendly staff would highly recommend it.

lovely hotel, we had a family room which was spacious. We had a late check out and had to move to a double room which was a lot smaller! Great sea views from communal areas.

Food & drinks were always varied and nice food. Much nicer than expected.

Pools always clean & we never had issues with sunbeds, however we went in October half term.

One downfall was the fact that it was an international hotel... the other guests staying here were to rude and would elbow you out of the way at meal times.

Lovely indoor pool area which can be used when the rare occasion of rain sets in.

overall lovely place & would go back!

Excellent service, food and AI policies.
My extended family of twelve stayed here on an AI basis in October 2014. None of us could fault the hotel.
The food was exceptional. Not only a great variety at both lunch and dinner, but also the items offered changed daily.
Not all AI hotels are prepared to serve a full range of drinks in good quantities, including good quality cocktails, and bottled water. The waiters even came to ask if one wanted more.
This is a ‘family orientated’ hotel but I’d be quite happy to stay there as a couple.
There may be hotels that have more minimalist décor, but if you want good food, excellent customer service, and to be made to feel truly welcome, then this could be the hotel for you.
We would definitely return, and that is not a decision we would take lightly.

Room Tip: The garden bungalows are more spacious than the main hotel rooms, but both are fine. The garden roo...

A lovely hotel within walking distance of Aiga Napa and close to bus stop for Protaras. All of the staff were very nice, the food choices were very good. We went as a couple and you could either join in with the organised activities or remain blissfully unaware of them, your choice. We had an amazing time.
