Would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent friendly service and fantastic range of breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Rooms spacious and clean. Regular room cleaning. Good choice of pools and can walk onto beach from poolside. Spa facility has just one sauna

We arrived at the Callisto village as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The reception area was bright and modern, with reception staff helpful. We were given a 1 bedroom apartment, with garden view which was very clean, had up to date furnishings, and good storage space. The kitchen was very well equipped, 2 TV's, and air conditioning. The balcony was a good size, with table and chairs.

After settling in we walked around the complex. There were lots of similar looking blocks, so it was easy to get lost! My kids found a little play area, and tennis courts. The plentiful gardens were immaculately kept. The pool area was great with lots of beds and a large shallow section for the kids. The manmade beach was at the bottom of the garden. We found the next morning the pool was freezing, the sea was actually warmer! If you waked to the right along the path, it took you to other little bays, (sandy bay and Nissi beach) which were nicer, and had beach bars. To the left the path eventually took you to the lovely little harbour and Limanaki beach, after 15 min walk.
We had lunch on the first day at the poolside restaurant, we were not impressed, and spent 30 euro! We decided to visit the on site supermarket, and enjoyed our breakfasts and lunches after that! They had plenty of fruit and veg and freshly baked breads and croissants. If you walked up to the main road there was a slightly bigger shop, but same prices.
We always to to Stamna Tavern near the square for dinner, so we didn't avail of the restaurant in the complex. This was 8 Euro in a taxi. On the way home from dinner the kids enjoyed the amusements, and you could walk back to Callisto in about ten mins.
We all enjoyed our week at Callisto and would use this accommodation again, due to location, cleanliness and facilities.

Room Tip: Ask for pool view.

Stayed here at the end of August with a group of for friends and we were all really impressed with this hotel!

When we arrived the check in was fast and the safe for the room was a really good price! The rooms were really spacious and very clean! We had 2 single beds and a pull out double sofa bed which were all very comfortable! Air con in the room is all free and makes such a difference, there is also free wifi available in the rooms however the best signal was on the balcony!

Couldn't fault the food, every night has a different theme and is all buffet style so there is always something for everyone!

The location of the hotel is slightly away from the nightlife but the taxis were always very cheap €2 each, it's nice to stay further away as you can just relax all day!

Defiantly worth the money and would highly recommend this hotel!!

We returned as a group of six, and had no problem accommodating everyone in the 2-bedroom, 2-living room villa we stayed in. There was a little pool by the block of houses, and it was much less crowded than thesis pool, so we often spent our afternoons here.

Like before, the buffet at meals had plenty of healthy options. I thought the desserts were less interesting than before, but this wasn't a problem. They have introduced a carving station, and at lunch there was often grilled meat.

The design of the main pool had been changed slightly, and they had removed the old waterfall feature. The pool seemed to be dirtier than before, and on the occasion I decided to practice snorkelling, I was quite shocked by all the black flecks in the water.

The hotel now has a full spa that is open every day, and has several treatments that directly target children. I was also impressed by the staff's flexibility. I had booked a chocolate massage and managed to get fairly sunburned the same day. My therapist happily swapped to a more appropriate cooling treatment.

Other good news was that there now is free wifi throughout the hotel. The signal was fairly patchy in our house, but better up on the balcony. I figured out that there was a signal mast at the little pool house, so I often stood under there. Otherwise the best and fastest signal is in the hotel lobby.

I discovered a shortcut to Sandy Bay from house, making it even closer than Pernera beach (the beach across the footpath from the main pool). There is a little exit between blocks 96 and 97?  Go out there, walk towards the white Tasia Maris building, and along the restaurant there and you are at Sandy Bay in about 3 minutes.

The rooms have a safe. They are hidden well, in the closet, so you need to crouch down to find the safe.

This is a fantastic family holiday which is Tui branded but marketed towards Scandinavia. Fantastic pool & leisure facilities situated on the beach with all water sports within 200 yards. The hotel was very clean, modern & the staff go out of their way to be polite & helpful. We went all inclusive which I would recommend as theres lots of choice & real good quality with the theme changing daily. The pool facilities where probably the best we have had on any holiday.

As a young group of 4 girls this hotel was perfect, we arrived thinking we would have to pay fortunes for air con, wifi.. the safe etc.. but the air con and the wifi was free and the safe was very very cheap! so we was so so happy! we got to our room, and for the price of what we paid we were so pleased, the room was spotless and comfy beds also! obviously we weren't expecting much at all so we were more than happy with what we got. for young groups coming to party its quite a shame how far we were from the main strip however taxi was only 2 euros each for the 4 of us! and pretty much everyone we met was more than happy to walk 20 minutes for a few hours of luxury sleep with cold aircon which they did not get in their 2 star accommodation by the strip. if we was to return to ayia napa we would 100% stay here again!

I booked this hotel to get some private apartment in aya Napa, which i did.... i have read reviews that it s mainly for families, IT IS!!! if you are group of friends it s not the best place for you... Pool for full of kids and babies.
The room had a nice view, i stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 4 with one friend. The beds in the room were comfy, but the sofa bed i think it can t be worse. The hotel is kind of on a save electricity plan, i have never seen something like it. The worst thing was that you get one set of keys ( the key is for electricity too), i have stayed in apartment hotels all over the world and i have never hear of a more lame excuse why we can t get another set of keys ( the owner policy, 4 years ago we used to give more then one key a lot of problems , now we don 't and we have no problems), so basically when i go out late and i have the key, when my friend comes back early, they need to go to the reception to ask them to open the room , to end up sleeping with out air conditioning since we had only one set of keys and you need the key for electricity (how convenient imagine if you are 4 friends in that room)... The hotel is also on a kind of save electricity policy. I am writing this review with a 100% conviction that it would not affect this hotel, this hotel works with big Scandinavians companies which promote it as an all inclusive family hotel in aya napa where parents can come relax while there is plenty activities for the youngsters and this hotel will always be full since most of the families i have seen there seemed happy. But i am writing this to all other travelers, or even families with adult children, if you want to enjoy your stay at the hotel book elsewhere.... One last thing please don't book all inclusive 45 euro/person/ night .... seriously it s ridiculous, go out in aya napa you will get menus at restaurants for 12 euros, instead of eating inside the hotel every day... I really have mixed feeling about this hotel i had a good stay since i didn t use it other then sleeping but i wouldn't stay here again. The only good points about this hotel, the kind staff very professionals, and the hard working cleaners.
