“Another lovely holiday”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

I first wrote a review regarding the Limanaki Beach Hotel following its refurbishment last year. I was thrilled with the overall look and comfort of the hotel and rooms. The only problem I had was at breakfast, because the "roof" was basically sale like pieces which did not provide enough shade for the diners, who had to play musical chairs with the tables etc to try to get a bit of shade to enjoy breakfast. I am glad to report that this year the roof has been redone and now provides adequate shelter at breakfast time. As usual all the staff, many of whom have been at the Limanaki for many years, are friendly and extremely helpful. No matter whether important or trivial any request it is dealt with speedily and efficiently. The hotel is ideally situated for beach and restaurants alike. It also has its own restaurant, open to all, which serves delicious food. It has a beautiful swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds and a splash pool for toddlers. This was our 5th year at the Limanaki and we still love it.

Room Tip: The hotel on the whole is quiet at night. We always have ground floor rooms as we prefer to just wa...

The modern style and the amazing atmosphere made our holidays unforgettable. You can not resist: a choice of fish and international food, asian restaurant, coffeee and the frozen yoghurt today's lifestyle. Stayed there for 2 weeks we really run out of time and looking forward to be a back next summer.

The Limanaki Beach Hotel provides all the facilities that you need to enjoy your holidays where the hotel is very clean and tidy as will as hospitable, giving you the feeling of being home.

We will be back soon!!! thanks for making our time great and unforgettable!!

We were recommended to stay at this hotel, but it appeared to be total disaster. We had adventures from the beginning. We stayed with our friends and had 3 rooms booked, none of them were of that category that we paid for. We had 1 hour talks before getting the right room.
Everything in hotel is extra charged - savebox, wi-fi, even the fridge (they charged us 24 EUR for 10 days but our room category had it free of charge, we had to fight for our money back).
There NO DOUBLE ROOMS, all are TWINS. We had to sleep on one part of the bed.
Breakfast buffet is poor, just to compare with hotel of same category in Greece. There were only apples and oranges on breakfast buffet and that`s of fresh fruits. Coffee is disgusting.
Concerning dinner buffet - the same story.
The only thing we liked was the location - not far from the city and near the sea and harbour where a lot of fantastic restaurants are located.

We had a room on the third floor with awesome views out over the beach and harbour. The beach is across the road from the hotel so it is well situated. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy and comfortable and the bed was comfortable as well. The air conditioner worked extremely well which we appreciated as the evenings were quite warm. It's only a short walk into the town centre and only a bit further to the night life further up the hill. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and a lovely beach quite near as well and the pool area is lovely if you prefer that to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back there.

Room Tip: Higher floors have the best views

We can't thank "Mr Christos, Mr Yanos and all of the staff enough for another fabulous holiday. The staff are always extremely friendly and the choice of food was excellent. Everything was perfect, we even booked up for another 3 weeks before we left! The hotel is directly across from the beach which gives it the perfect location.

Best Regards,
Ronnie And Anne

Excellent hotel, excellent position right next to the Harbour, not noisy at all. Rooms excellent very clean and Beds very good...Hotel food very good as well and well priced along with the drinks too. The Hotel staff.. all are very helpful and will sort anything out for you. My only gripe was, two 16yr old's went both over 6ft and we paid adult prices, when we got there they were both Queen size beds..... so requested a single bed, which did come but it was only a Z Bed with a very very thin mattress, not very good compared to the quality of the queen beds. Rooms 328 & 329 are excellent could take two queen beds easy.... and the last gripe was, you could never get a sun bed round the pool has people from off the beach or around the harbour had took them, it was not just for Hotel guests..... But as I said i would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 328 & 329.. both rooms on there own wing and can fit up to 2 Queen size beds in

I just came home from a week in Limanaki Beach Hotel. My boyfriend (21) and I (18) are from Sweden and booked our trip to Ayia Napa through a company (Fritidsresor). We wanted to stay in a calmer part of Ayia Napa and were really happy to find out that Limanaki was located perfectly. It was very calm around the hotel area both evenings and nights, but only a 5-10 minutes walk to the center of the city and Nissi Avenue. Around the hotel there was a big choice of different restaurants and some supermarkets.

When we arrived we had a bottle of wine, a bottle of water and some fruits in our room. We had a really nice room on the second floor with a balcony enough for at least 4 people. The room was simple but really nice and so was the bathroom. The aircondition worked extremely good (almost too good) and the room was cleaned every day.

The staff were really friendly and answered all our questions. On our last day we had to check out at 12.00 but our plane home wasn't until 00.20 so we left our things in the hotels' luggage room, went to the pool and then had access to a shower room and towels in the evening. The shower room wasn't very nice, it was in the part of the hotel that they seemed to have forgotten when renovating the hotel. The "gym" was unfortunately also in that part of the hotel, basically a really small room with some broken machines and some really old (and even broken) weightplates.

The pool area was a bit small but clean and nice. Despite the size it was almost always calm and rather empty in the pool. The beach was only about 75 m away, the nicer part of the beach was slightly further away. Taxi to the amazing Nissi Beach costed 80 Euros one way. It was possible to get to Nissi Beach (about 3 km though) on foot by taking a walk along the sea straight to Nissi.

Breakfast was okay but not the best I've eaten. Not a huge choice of food and not a big variation. The staff were nice though and quickly filled up the food when needed.

I really liked the hotel and our stay there and I would definetely recommend to stay there if you're going to Ayia Napa and don't want to live right in the middle of the city but not too far away. If I go to Ayia Napa again I will stay at Limanaki Beach hotel.
